Great customer service
Initially there was a problem as my payment hadn’t gone through and I hadn’t realised, the company emailed me to alert me to this and although I admit at first I was sceptical as I’ve never had issues before with online banking, anyway I checked and the payment hadn’t gone through so I resent it and got immediate confirmation of receipt from the company which was really reassuring. From there it was plain sailing and I think the customer service was really good.
The product was great for my needs, quality of packaging was good and delivery was quick and efficient

I had forgotten to order a certain colour of pebbles. After realising what I had done I ordered them separately. The company had noticed my 2 separate orders and consolidated it into 1 order and refunded me the cost of the 2nd delivery fee.

Genuine Old School Customer Service
The Owner called me up to say there where imperfections on the pebbles, and that if I was writing on them they wouldn't be suitable. Unfortunately I missed the call and he ended up giving me an extra 25% of pebbles (500g on a 2kg order) to make up for it as I needed next day delivery. What amazing customer service would truly recommend this company.
