dreadful, beware of this firm. I bought two chairs on arrival one was found to be defective and returned waited weeks for replacement had to keep phoning and finally had to twice threaten with my solicitor before getting the second chair .Dont care customer service repeatedly emailed for Insurance documents no reply had to phone to don't want to know customer service was grudgingly given policy number still no document. I have never dealt with such a dreadful firm before. so buyers be warned

Appalling service how they can treat my disable father the way they did. His brand new scooter broke down it tock weeks and lots of communication to get finally get an engineer out, who then couldn’t fix it . So after a few more weeks another engineer turns up and says it’s not repairable. We then Eventually get a message asking if we want a different model mobility scooter or a refund . They couldn’t get the scooter we wanted so we asked for a refund. Which weeks later we are still waiting for and my dad is with out a mobility scooter. I’ve rand 3 times promised a call back and sent messages all of which have been ignored. £4000 is a lot of money to a pensioner. I also have proof of all my accusations in this review.

Ordered a scooter on Saturday, arrived by Tuesday.
Great comms, great price, great delivery experience. Had a call prior with a time slot and then got a call on the day. My mum was over the moon with the scooter.

Did phone customer service the day after with a question and got to speak to somebody really quickly

I haven't even received my mobility scooter yet, but I still feel compelled to give this company a glowing review, purely based on their customer service.

After an unexpected delay in delivery from the manufacturer, they quickly offered me several options for refunds or exchanges.

When I then made an payment error, they corrected for me in a matter of minutes.

They were polite, helpful and extremely professional throughout, a true rarity these days.

I look forward to receiving my scooter and feel confident that if there are any problems or issues with it in the future that they will be handled in a similar manner.

Very pleased and will definitely recommend to others.

Ordered a hospital bed and airflow mattress for my father. Sales advice pre-purchase was very helpful. Delivery was within the 2-3 day promised window, in spite of Covid. We could’ve gone for next day delivery with engineer assembly for £80, but chose not to due to logistics. With hindsight this would’ve been a good idea. The bed did and mattress did take 2 hours for 2 people to put together and some of the components were heavy. I didn’t receive text or email notification of delivery, but I enquired via telephone and received extremely helpful support, with calls back as promised - I could not fault the customer care. All in all a great purchase and a very good experience.

Highly recommended. Excellent service and fantastic range of products. The staff could not have been more helpful in every way and shipped the wheelchair we ordered without delay. They also helped us use our PWB (Personal Wheelchair Budget) provided by NHS which many other online retailers would not accept. Thank you.

I purchased a Pride C1 Petite riser recliner chair for elderly relative. From order to delivery was a very positive experience. I got the chair at a fair price, delivery service was excellent, Glebe used Palletways for shipping. Excellent service, even unwrapped the chair and took away the packaging. 4 days for road and sea was a very timely delivery. A simple form can be completed to opt out of VAT if you meet the criteria, form is provided by Glebe.
The chair is perfect for the petite person, with a seat height from floor of 43cm (17 inches). Good quality, single motor, even has arm covers and a head cover for the head area of the chair.
All in all a positive experience.
