Very poor service from a company that is supposed to deal with exporters, who have foreign commitments.
Even at the stage of asking their director Roushan Sinha for prices and rates, he does not extend the basic courtesy of even returning a phone call, and his team responds to no emails.
I will recommend anyone to not put their precious export packages in their hands.

I am a very disappointed customer of Worlds most fraud company global india express.. I had sent 3 boxes to USA.. After 200 calls my parcel reached yesterday after a month.. I cant tell how they have treated me and i was so so frustated because of them
They have World's most fraud employees which dont answer your questions properly and just delay things..
I was told more 2 to 3 days and a month passed by..
They gave me someone else's parcels tracking number..This happened four times
They kept giving me wrong tracking numbers.. When i used to call them they said not to call and blackmailed that they will deliver parcel after two months if i called again
After long time lots of complaint my package reached yesterday..
But costly things upto Rs. 20000 in them are missing
They are not responding to me
I have lost my mind because of these waste fraud people.
My life has become hell
I beg everyone who is reading this
By mistakely also donot hire this company
They will tell you all good things for making them hire but anyone plz donot send your parcels through this fraud company..
They are useless cheaters who just waste time and money of people..

In my experience, they are thieves!

Global India Express! They MUST change their tagline 'Delivering Trust & Transforming Business'. I highly doubt even if they know the meaning of the word 'Trust'.

I booked their courier service for a package to be delivered from India to NZ. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the courier way before the estimated time. But to my horror, when I unpacked, I realised a few items were missing. I contacted their customer service immediately and was told that I will need to produce invoices for every item that were missing. I told them that they were items of clothing and I did not have the invoices for them. They had never informed me beforehand that I had to courier only those items which were brand new or had the bills available. They kept exchanging mails with me for more than a month during which they kept telling me that they have 'generated a query'. And their responding time for every mail I wrote to them was 8-10 days. After a month & a half of follow-up post that, I just gave up. And by the way, I never received any response to the last mail I wrote to them.

Global India Express is the most incompetent courier service company. I have never come across such an unprofessional, inadequate, irresponsible & disappointing customer service & ‘service’ to begin with. Global India Express doesn’t even believe in taking any responsibility for incompetent service offered let alone compensating for the time & money lost. It’s evident that customers don’t matter to this company.

Do they really expect their customers to provide bills for all the items couriered by them? How about the used, old or gifted items? What if the entire package was stolen during the process of courier? Would they still expect the bills to be produced for each item? If that’s the case then why wasn’t I informed beforehand that this company couriers only & only brand new items that had invoice.

Bottom line; Once you pay to them in advance, they would steal from you shamelessly and just vanish!
