A package mailed by them never arrived. They denied all responsibility, claiming that once they pass it on to the next shipper ( in this case Canada Post ) they stop tracking. Canada Post claim that they do not get a tracking number from Global Post and just deliver to the addresses on the box ...Needless to say I will never use them again.
I recommend using a reliable company like UPS or Fedex that tracks packages from sender all the way to receiver !

SCAM, avoid like plague. 4 postcards sent months ago from Florence NEVER arrived at their destination. Now 4 postcards from Sicily haven't arrived either, 3 weeks after. Tracking system joyfully reports that "this postcard was taken over", thanks for doing nothing you thieves.

24 days in.. Still not arrived in UK. Tracking doesn't work and customer service ignoring my messages.

Yes. Of curse am one more that was deceived by this company that can officially scam without consequences. It's been more than 4 weeks since I left in Como, Italy the postcards that my daughter wrote with much illusion for her friends in Zürich, and of course they have not arrived. The person who sold them to me in an established souvenir store in Como, where she had her mailbox, assured me that they were picked up every Wednesday and arrived in less than two weeks. Quite a fraud.

I wish I had read the reviews first. DO NOT USE, IT IS A SCAM. The website and email given don't exist. The app is just a front. I am appalled that italy allow this scam to happen.

Your cards will never arrive don't use waist off money. Bring your card's home and post them

It's been almost two months and postcards haven't been delivered. According to the app they are still at the first step of delivery

Why did I not read reviews ahead of using this company??? Going on 7-8 weeks since the 6 postcards were sent from various cities in Italy.
2 finally made it to a sorting hub (although from the reviews they’ll probably wait to be sorted for another month), the other 4 are likely still sitting in a plastic orange box on the Tabacchi’s floor.
An absolute scam.

GlobalPost partners with ShippingEasy, ShipStation, Endicia, Stamps.com etc to offer what APPEARS to be a slight discount over USPS international packages that are small and light.

The string attached is that GlobalPost will add bogus and fraudulent "adjustments" to your bill that many people don't notice or don't dispute. This is their entire profit strategy.

Someone needs to sue the $%^@ out of this company.

Should be 0 stars! Absolute con of a company! Nobody who I have sent a postcard has received their’s yet and the tracking service is a sham! Definitely should go to a proper post office.

Our suspicion proofed right. After 3 days, the status is still the same "on their way to the sorting hub" meaning they are still in the mailbox at the shop!

Terrible company! We were provided with these in a shop as if they were normal stamps and posted postcards 4 weeks ago (one to a sick grandma) and they are still showing as on their way to the sorting hub! I went to complain and saw they won’t do anything until 60days after sent and then MAY be entitled to a refund. It shows as only 2 complaints received in 2022 and none before that but probably as they make you complete a form and email it and the link to the form isn’t working! Plus the complaints stuff is all in Italian so not great for travellers. Definitely designed not to be helpful or efficient. DO NOT USE!

One Star because there are not negative stars. Sent a postcard to the US on September 2019... it hasn't arrived yet....

Useless, does not work at all. Delivery time from Italy to Czech R. a month. Tracking generates random status. 2 postcards from 5 delivered in 25 days however the status is still the same "on the way to the sorting hub". One specific day there was status "received by sorting hub" and the other days back to "on the way to sorting hub". So, useless service.

Was told to use them by Italian postcard shop seller, nice idea to be able to track but thoroughly annoying to be able to track them to the 'sorting hub' where they have remained for two weeks. Seems pretty useless as a service and a gimmicky rip off. Shall not use them again.

This is a total scam! Be aware! I’m not sure do the vendors selling these “stamps” know about this.

We are very upset about the delay of our postcards and the way GPS provide information at their website.
We believe the low number of complaints is not because of your service but because of the complexity to forward a complaint. See also at this website how many complaints there are filled.

At 1 July 2023 we have put 10-13 postcards in the orange mailbox at Saint Girons Plage in front of the shop Love and Joy. That was advised by the shop owner. It would be emptied Wednesday and Sundays (it was Tuesday I believe).
The status is still unchanged at July 31, 2023: it is still at the sorting hub in France (or in the box maybe even) according to the tracking app. Which looks quite useless. Their complaint procedure is also very complicated and might the only reason why they have such a low amount of complaints according to their website. We sent a normal e-mail and will see if we receive an answer.
I advise NEVER to use this service!!

Scam company as many others have said. Non functional. No mailboxes easy to get to. Use italian post instead.

They are a scam company and it is hilarious and ridiculous that in Cinque Terre I went to government post and they said they don't sell stamps and I need to go to tabacchieria shop. I went to this "T" place and asked for gov stamps (I had bad experience with GPS company in Firenze) but the seller said that the only stamps they sell for international travelling are these Globe Postal S**t and there are no other stamps. She assured me this is ok and normal. She gave me no choice. Cards didn't come. I lost tracking, they stuck in the beginning going to sorting place.
Italian people, why You do this to the tourists, to normal friendly people who still care of sending paper postcards in the time of digitalization?! Especially sellers, are you not ashamed telling to your customers lies?
I am so so sad, frustrated and disappointed. One of this postcards was especially important to me to come. Shame on you Italy!

Impossible to find the mailboxes - we cannot download the app to find their location. Do not use this service.... but what are the other options? The POST OFFICE did not sell STAMPS!!!!????
