Had to replace an old boiler that had finally failed. Glowarm were quick to arrive and assess the situation. Extremely fast turn around from identifying what was needed and installation of a new combi boiler.

Mark and Ben who came and installed the new system were excellent. They were friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done on time.
Highly recommended.

Had a boiler replacement November 22.
The engineer arrived on time and was polite and efficient throughout explaining what needed to be done regarding fitting of overflow pipe.
This is the second time of using Glowarm and would not hesitate to use again in the future if needed

They did a competent efficient and pleasant job of changing our old boiler for a new one. Turned out to be a slightly trickier job than first envisaged, but was still carried out within the original budget. A job well done.

Firstly I don’t normally do reviews but I must say what a professional service. Engineers name was Lee he was very polite contacted me 30 mins before his arrival which was exactly on time provided. I had a slight issue with a new radiator which he kindly inspected, he performed our annual service in a very respectful and tidy manner. He cleaned and checked boiler which has now been thoroughly checked. Everything is now working beautifully now and just wanted to say how impressed I was from booking all the way through to completion an absolute 100% happy customer. Thanks Lee, thanks glowarm.

We had 2 boilers replaced recently. The workmen were polite, tidy and efficient. The boilers are working perfectly. And the quote was very reasonable.

I had used Glowarm to service my old boiler for a few years, so when the boiler needed to be replaced, I got Glowarm to quote for a new boiler. Maybe I could have gotten a cheaper quote somewhere else, but I knew Glowarm could be trusted, and for me that is more important. (10 years ago I had a free quote from my gas supplier that was £1000 more.) Glowarm delivered as expected, they arrived on time, removed the old boiler, hot water tank, water tank and old pipes, and installed a new combi boiler, and cleaned up after the install. And Glowarm extended the warranty on the boiler to 10 years.

Joe, the installer, was extremely efficient, capable, polite and tidy in his work. Service by Glowarm was mirrored by Joe’s contribution. I have used Glowarm for many years to service my old boiler and did not hesitate in contacting them when a replacement became necessary after 40 years.

Richard gave us a quote for a new boiler and gave us advice on what would be best for us,he answered all our questions and overall his service was outstanding.on the installation day Mark and Ben arrived at 8.30am they worked cleanly and left no mess for.us to clean up,they were polite,helpful and gave us excellent service. Glowarm did a full gas heating/hot water system installation for us, including removal of the old system and adaptation of the space where the old tanks etc used to be. The work was done quickly and to a high standard, with the lead engineer being very obliging in trying to resolve installation issues with the freeholders of our apartments. Glowarm was responsive, friendly and, all in all, we were delighted with our experience.
