Excellent service from start to finish. Initial estimate and quote completed without add ons and no pressure selling of additional items. Work undertaken to a high standard, clean and tidy and well within stated time scale. Would highly recommend.

Replacement central heating boiler
Barry discussed the work they would be involved in replacing our old system boiler and provided a very competitive quotation.
A mutually agreed date was chosen and Joe, employed by Glowarm, carried out the work in a very efficient, clean and tidy manner.
No time was wasted and the work was spread over 2 days to minimise inconvenience.

I am extremely please with the work…
I am extremely pleased with the work Glowarm conducted in our house a couple of weeks ago. They replaced two very old boilers with a single new Vaillant boiler - tidying up the pipework and introducing a new Hive zone. We now have a fabulous modern and efficient heating system. The initial visit to size up the job was very helpful in deciding how best to proceed. Then the two installers were very pleasant, highly skilled and very neat and tidy. We would recommend Glowarm to any one.

Unacceptable service received
1 star ....would have given zero if I could...
Totally unacceptable service, came to repair a pump for the boiler and damaged boiler leaving it leaking close to cables and wires. Engineer requested a bowel so and placed it under leaking valve, so knew there was a problem. Completed their job sheet (which they are obliged to go through with the customer) stating the job was completed but didn't discuss this.....just left the paperwork in the airing cupboard by the boiler and left stating boiler was beyond economical repair. Despite this the company then reported back, via their online portal to the company that I have homecare cover with, that the job was completed!!!.I exchanged emails with the director of glowarm who said the error was "spur of the moment". So in summary ...... they damaged my boiler left a valve leaking (when it hadn't leaked before), told both the homecare company and me that the job was completed when the valve was leaking close to wires and cables.......and now I need a new boiler. Totally unacceptable
