The service plan seemed like a good deal but was absolutely shocking. 20 emails back and forth to arrange a service , 3 missed appointments....
The gas certificate for my rental property was also not done leaving yet property without one for 2 months. I cancelled it total waste of money and time.
I went back to my old service company. 1 email and they turned up and did it .
Avoid these time wasting jokers...

When I looked at using Glow Green for a boiler replacement a year ago I questioned whether their quote which was very competitive was to be true. When they offered full aftercare also very competitive I had to give it a go. A year on and they have just carried out my first service, the booking process works fine, the engineer Oliver they sent was polite, punctual and answered all my questions, couldn't ask for better. My overall experience with Glow Green has not only saved me money compared with major known companies but have found a professional service orientated company.

Wow where do I start from 😂. This is a joke for company. I got a quote for a new boiler installation on Tuesday, did all the paperwork and everything. New boiler got delivered on a Wednesday. Installation was to be on Thursday. Installation team came in and checked and said they don't have the type of ladder to reach to the boiler and change the flue. I was offered to either change the boiler location (which I later accepted,) or get scaffolding in. Got a call from the manager explaining the same thing the engineer told me and said it will need a requote because it needs extra work. I don't mind a requote but my problem is that it's Saturday now and no one has said anything about the requote or even a possible installation day. Called customer service every single day from Thursday but no one seems to know what is going on. Worst case is I am living in a house with no heating and no hot water. You all got families I wonder if you would let them experience this. It almost feels like I begging you all to do your job which I am paying for. If no one is coming to install it today I am going to return it and stop all this silly process. Run away from this company if you know what is good for you.
I am leaving the property on Sunday and don't know when I will be back again because of the nature of my job.
Thanks Glow Green for giving me pneumonia from cold shower and no heating.

Phoned company on 24/3/26 as had no hot water ( CH OK). Company “raised a Ticket “ and promised to get an engineer to call me ASAP. Heard nothing for 3 days so phoned again. They checked records and said they would pass message to colleague who was on another phone. Heard nothing so phoned again next day. Engineer cam a couple of days later and after an hour and a half, most of which time he spent on the phone to Worcester/Bosch Tech Support he advised me that fault wasn’t with the boiler but was a plumbing problem
I called out a plumber next day who charged me £125 to tell me that it wasn’t a plumbing problem but that I needed a new heat exchanger. Sent plumbers report to Glow Green who said they will arrange for engineer to visit. No communication for another few days. Finally a call from the office to say engineer would come on 17/4 as that was first day I could make it.
Engineer fitted new heat exchanger and scale inhibitor but it didn’t solve the problem. Said it was a fault with flow generator/regulator which he didn’t have on the van. Said he would get on to the office and try to get things sorted. Had a call from GlowGreen day after engineer’s visit apologising and promising to get things sorted.
Must stress that both engineers were excellent and everyone I spoke to in the office were very helpful.
