Details like fixing the carbon monoxide alarm and explaining how the thermometer works. He tidied the place before she left and I definitely and happy to recommend Glow Green company to all friends and family. Excellent service and respectful friendly staff.

Ian came and carried out an annual service on my boiler today. It was clear from what he showed me that it never been serviced properly since installation as the filter was a right mess. Ian was both courteous and conscientious and would be happy to have him back.

Technician was a great lad. My dog loved him and if my dog loves you then I do too.

Job wise, cracked on. Really tidy. And left everything as good.

George was on time, friendly and efficient. Gave me plenty of warning about when he would arrive (day before). The safety certificate was sent to me by email less than 30 minutes later. Very happy customer.

Engineer, John came to service the boiler. I was sent text messages regarding arrival time and how long work would take, well in advance. Everything went to plan. Excellent service.

Delivery of boiler was very poor by DX a complaint was made. Installation was carried out by James who was great very pleasant and personable. He worked so hard to install boiler in a day and achieved that. One slight criticism he didn't explain how to use control properly and I was at a bit of a loss day after when I wasn't able to get central heating on

Used Glow Green to replace our gas boiler. Reasonable price with interest free credit. Polite on the phone. Engineer turned up right on time, was polite, clean and efficient.

Jordan our heating engineer installed a new boiler very efficiently, keeping us informed throughout and completed it neatly and with no fuss.

Had a solar install the installation team where fantastic. Was a little disappointed that the bird cage we discussed in the pre quote was missed off so now an extra expense for me

The service engineer called me to let me know when they would be arriving and was prompt, courteous and friendly.
Before I knew it my boiler safety check was done, cup of coffee quaffed and flue inspection completed.

I have read every review whereby the response from glow green is the same. This is clearly an automated reply with no personal response. This fills me with fear and dread. I had a leaking boiler at 11pm at night but it was obvious it had been dripping for a while unbeknown to me. I went on line to seek out support and unbeknown to me after contacting the boiler manufacturer this company rings me. Surprised and astonished and desperate for help I listened to what the person on the phone told me Again desperately in need he told me that I would get it fixed Friday 17/04/26. Great I thought so new boiler it is but it will see me out and in light of its reliability as I had done my research I agreed to everything including having a new radiator put in my conservatory. Sign and sealed I also took out a warranty agree with them so confident was I that they were transparent and honest in what they sold me. I have continued to empty my bowls and a bucket every 4 hours and as the days progressed it is getting worse. Weds I get confirmation of engineer coming Friday. At 11.30 Thursday a person rings to tell me in a very non comittal way that sorry the engineer can’t make it !!! I reiterated my need and how I was promised a speedy result she listened said I will ring you back this pm. This pm arrived nothing so I rang them and told them I needed to cancel as now I don’t trust them. Then my boiler arrives but the young man on the phone temps me with but we may get an engineer to you tomorrow but you can still refuse to take the boiler but we would have to rebook. Now I’m in a panic !! No suggestion from them and the delivery person just dumps it in the entrance of my garage and buggers off. We will ring you with an answer says this man on the phone. 19.05. Nothing and they close down at 5. So tomorrow I’m cancelling everything and no matter what I’m going to go with another company iheat who promise the same boiler cost like for like and can install on Sunday !! As their engineers work 7 days a week. Do good bye green glow and thanks for nothing. I would not recommend this company. Trades people have bad names because of companies like these. They trade on the few good things they do but leave others struggling. You do not do that to people no matter what the situation. And if an automated response comes up they can stick it where the sun does not shine.

The engineers were efficient, very explicit in explaining everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Explained how everything worked in regards to how boiler and remote worked. Very friendly and polite

Really pleased with the help and advice that Jaymee at GlowGreen gave me about the choice of boiler to start with. Mark who installed the boiler was absolutely first rate, helpful and very tidy doing the work. Stayed late to ensure that the boiler was tested properly. Overall very pleased with the service.
