SCAM NO ITEM RECEIVED
I have made an order and been waiting almost 2 weeks for my cream to arrive and still not received anything. Based on the reviews, i’m not the only one this has happened to! There are no postal strikes at the minute and I have ordered plenty of other things around the same time that have arrived. I have emailed them and was told by automated response someone will get back to me within 3 days, but still no response, I have DM-ed them on instagram and still no response. Will have to now raise with my bank, I genuinely thought they were a reputable company

I placed an order as a mother's day gift at the beginning of March 23. Nothing received til today, I have emailed them but no response whatsoever! Luckily I paid through Klarna so getting my money back shouldn't be an issue.

Very bad service I ordered 2 creams and was only given 1 I have been waiting for my delivery since January and still haven’t heard anything I also asked for a refund instead but still haven’t heard anything. Would definitely not order again

Amazing
Been using the glowlixir cream for over a year! Just love how smooth and soft it makes my skin feel. Love how it can be applied as a primer under makeup or even without! Does wonders to make the skin look nice and glowy would definitely recommend.

I am now updating my review as the issue has been resolved. I previously gave 1 star due to mis-understanding and delays in delivery which I’ve mentioned in the past but it has now been fixed.
The cream is a light weight on skin, which lets the skin absorb it quickly and keeps it hydrated. I do still prefer the old design as it was easy to fit in my bag, this tub is actually big (has more product, but doesn’t fit in my bag and has to stay at home)

Upon checking your order we can see you placed this order on the 21/11. This was despatched by our fulfilment centre on the 22/11. This was delivered by DPD on the 27/11 (due to royal mail strikes and delivery delays, we apologise this was delayed) However we spoke to DPD and have confirmation this order was delivered correctly and signed by your self and we also have GPS location and a Picture upon delivery.
Our customer service team had responded to all your emails with the information and a response was never received.

The DPD didn't post my parcel and becoming Impatient I had sent emailed the Company for my Missing Parcels, despite my rants and rage the Company dealt so patiently with me and delivered my parcel the very Same day to my door Great customer service truly felt embarrassed as they Worked it all out for me in the end! Definitely ordering Again.

This company is a fraud. They took my money but provided no items. After several emails and 2+1/2 months later, still nothing! Dont buy anything from them!

You guys still haven’t gotten back to me in regards to an email I sent on September 1st and an inquiry I sent again in late September. Do a better job! I gave you guys the benefit of the doubt and an ample amount of time to get back to me. But I guess customer service isn't really valued.

Sent broken tubs but didnt send a replacement until after weeks of chasing and complaining. 2 months to get a replacement in the end. Rarely replied to my emails
