Parcel is delivered partially

Two boxes were delivered. But apparently it should have been three. Got confirmation by email that EVERYTHING was delivered. Already contacted customer service about it, but now answer so far.

NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES!!!

NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES!!!
This carrier service is absolutely terrible!!!

They falsely claim that you were not home instead of simply calling the phone number provided, and then they misplace your order — even though you immediately requested delivery to a different address. After that, they provide no updates for days, only to eventually return the package to the company you ordered from, without any information or communication whatsoever.
No one responds to emails, no one replies to complaints submitted through the form on their website, and when you try to contact them by phone, you are only told to fill out the online form before they hang up on you.

What kind of customer service is this? A joke?

Gently delivery guy

Always a nice driver that delivers the goods. A ginger guy with beard. And he waited patiently for me to come down. (Instead of other companies who just drop the goods and leave).

Missed the delivery the first time. Changed location to a local dropoff point for 2nd delivery, status shows item is delivered, but nothing is received

GLS Somehow Gets Worse Every Single Time

I’ve been living in The Hague for 7 years, and the few times I’ve had something delivered with GLS, there has literally not been a single occasion where they actually delivered the package to my door. Every single time they claim “nobody was home,” even though I was always there.
Today, for the first time ever, they actually rang the bell. I opened the door immediately (I live on the fifth floor and we have an elevator), then waited outside my apartment for 7–8 minutes. Eventually I decided to go downstairs because sometimes they randomly leave packages in the lobby for no apparent reason.
I call the elevator, hear it coming up, the doors open and my package is just lying there on the floor of the elevator.
Meanwhile, on the GLS website, it says the package was delivered to my neighbor and signed for.
This level of incompetence is honestly unbelievable.

They told bol.com that my package was…

They told bol.com that my package was delivered but it was not!
They gave me multiple different track and trace delivery time blocks and suddenly it could not be delivered.
Send out a complaint, got a nice robotic answer with a nice promise.
And than communication went dead

Not happy

Sorry, but I was not happy, and is not the first time. I was at home waiting for the delivery, and the driver delivered it a few doors down, to an office. I really needed the package, but when I received the email it was too late…the office was closed and I won’t be able to pick it up until next Monday.
I don't understand why he didn't deliver it to us. Really shame!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery company

I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery of my package. The driver left it downstairs at the entrance of my building without ever ringing my doorbell, even though I was home all day. I also did not receive any delivery notification or email until five hours later.

If I had not randomly gone outside to the supermarket, I would not even have known my package was left there unattended for hours. I do not live in a safe neighborhood and package theft is very common, so this is completely unacceptable.

On top of that, I am pregnant and had to carry a very large and heavy package upstairs by myself because of the driver’s negligence.

This situation was extremely irresponsible and unsafe.
