The goods I ordered arrived promptly as always.
My only niggle is that they don't sell all the colours of the Pilot V board refills. Why don't you sell refills for the orange pens ?
One of the reasons we use these pens is the smaller environmental impact. I have a drawer full of orange pens but can not get the refills anywhere, buying new pens seems so wasteful when I only need refills.

Delivery was absymal. Part of the order was delivered to the primary school next door, the other part was delivered 2 hours after the delivery slot. Products are good, and exactly what I ordered.
