A wonderful service provided. Right from the start. From hotel selection to airline, every advise was first class.
I have to mention Laiba Ali for an exceptional customer service.

Ok guys basically I had those guys booked with my travel agency and they have been amazing from day one to end. All the staff are amazing. They will update you everything on WhatsApp. They will remind you on WhatsApp which days you’ve booked from the airport to your hotel, then HOTEL to wherever you’re going and then back to The airport.
The drivers were amazing! So everyone make sure you book your trips with them

Loved how responsive an helpful they were. The travel agent i worked with, Laiba, made sure she was available 24/7 and the fact that she had put so much effort in making sure giving me so many options that i could select from and made sure to customise the trip according to me is amazing. Even duringmy trip, they made sure to keep a check ok if everything’s going fine. Would highly recommend them

I had an excellent experience with GM Travel for my Umrah visa. They are very reliable and provided super quick service — my visa was processed within 1 hour. Their pricing is very reasonable, and the customer service was outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free Umrah visa process.

My very frail 98 year old father was being transferred to a Nursing home and didn't have the ability to get into an ordinary car so I searched for a wheelchair accessible taxi. As very few options available I contacted GM travel who advertised that they had wheelchair accessible taxis. Booked the taxi 2 days before it was needed. The booking process on the phone was poor, with long gaps without a reply, got cut off at one point, monotone voice which didn't fill me with confidence, but I had no choice. Received confirmation by text.
On the day, less than 2 hours before the taxi should have arrived I received a call stating that although they had wheelchair accessible taxis there wasn't one for today. I was furious as this was one of the most important journeys for my father as this would be his last journey. There was no explanation and no apology. Again the monotone voice with no understanding or compassion of the situation that they left me in. They offered another taxi, but that was not what I required as I would now have to struggle to transfer my father into my car instead. Surely when a taxi is booked, they check if they have a wheelchair accessible taxi available on that day and time. If not they don't accept the booking.
Their attitude is appalling and not what you expect from a customer facing business.
As with other reviews, this is not a taxi service I would recommend.

I love GM travel services, I booked my 5 star hotel in makkah and marina, comparatively cheap and Laiba Ali is very cooperative and answered all the concern question on time

Mansoor was amazing 🤩 in the whole trip while we were on Mekkah and Medinah. We took the ground transportation support from them including visa support. Overall they were decent and helpful.

Thanks to GM travel. Specially brother Talha and Naila Madam. They both provided best service. I am so grateful to both of them for providing out of hours services. No complaints at all and I’ll highly recommend GM travels to everyone. Even in future whenever I’ll plan spiritual journey of Mecca and Madina my first choice will be GM travels.
