Ridiculous
I rang for a taxi , and changed the location once which was closer and didn’t need a different route , we have a child’s pram with a baby in and needed a taxi and they were telling us to “f** off” “ur a f***ing nightmare” swearing constantly down the phone ending the phone on us , so we were standing there for 30 minutes waiting for our taxi and it never came , this is ridiculous and not a friendly service appalled

Wouldn’t use !! Ordered a taxi at 11.30 and had to ring them at 12 and they asked if I still wanted the taxi!! Don’t careabout people just take bookings girl I spoke too was nice tho not her fault just a greedy company wouldn’t use again
