Their packages were well-structured and suited our travel dates and accommodation needs perfectly. From start to finish, GM Travel and their team was always available — both before and during the trip. Having dedicated people on the ground made everything smoother and gave us peace of mind.

One of the highlights was the day of Arafah. GM Travel had one of the best Muftis leading the session. The khutbah and du'a were spiritually powerful and deeply moving — something we’ll never forget.

Honestly one of the best and most smoothest experiences from start to finish . The owner bilal took it upon himself to help us and deal with any queries we had regardless of the time the team was always there for us. The package was luxurious , very fairly priced and I would definitely use GM again

Rang and booked taxi perfectly fine. Got a text to say on the way for the driver to call me to say he can’t do the journey as he needs payment upfront i explained i was paying cash and he said he couldn’t do it. No one said anything like this on the phone to me.

Booked a return Cuddington to Old Trafford for a 60th birthday for 6 people. Return was booked for 5pm they arrived at 6.40pm with a car that had room for 4 people. They accept cash only so we had to ask all the guests for cash to pay. Then the birthday boy and his wife had to get themselves an uber to get back home. Do not use this company

I am sorry I wrote a terrible review here for a company called GM Travel but the company I wanted to complain about is GM Travel in Winsford Cheshire

I have struggled to delete completely so decided just to apologise to this company in London

BEWARE!!!!!! We booked a taxi with this company GM Travel 2 weeks ago for 5 people from winsford to delamere and was quoted the price of £25 each way and a total of £50 was agreed. Today when we checked that everything was okay this company decided that the price was now £20 per person each way and therefore £100 as the person who quoted the price "must have got it wrong"? No amount of discussion would change their minds as they would only do it for the new price. They broke their verbal contract to exploit us and to take advantage of the fact the trip was to a concert in Delamere. Disgraceful daylight robbery from a local company we will never use them again and I would advise anyone and everyone to ensure that you get a confirmed price if you use this company.... but Better still DONT use this company as there are plenty of others that are reputable and not out to Rob you.
Just to clarify that this taxi company is based in Winsford Cheshire.

Left my 70 year old wife at airport at midnight - don’t bother using

It was well managed tour. We enjoyed the tour guide every moment and very punctual and helpful

I always get my airline tickets from here and over the time. The service at the site was amazing. Great atmosphere and was quite quick to respond and book an Umrah package. Many of the tour guides were helpful and knew what to do in a situation such as lost luggage or medication. Prices were fair and straightforward, the passport business went quite quick and swift as well. They are good with your money and make sure to read the fine print to ensure you are not left in a cyclical mess. Very good and highly recommend to a family member or friends, God Bless you all.
