I bought 4 solar motion sensor lights but 2 are not working, I have tried to get in touch with Groupon, but no joy, what can I do.

Do not purchase the ABC Puzzle play mat for your children. It has little bits that come off from the letters B, D... that can be easily swallowed or chocked on by children. This is what happened to our daughter today and it scared me so much. Thankfully I was right next to her and managed to take the piece out of her mouth. This product should not be sold as a play mat for children/ babies. I bought this through Groupon and have notified their customer service but this is still showing for sale...

Beautiful cheese board, will be using to serve grazing platters. So happy with the item. Fast and efficient delivery too!

Bought a few solar lights and they were amazing. Great delivery speed. Had a few issues using the lights as it was my first time using solar stuff. I contacted them and they responded straight away. Up and running now and fully prepared for UK summer - if we get one.

Ordered an oximeter, came in good time and very well priced!

Quick efficient and easy. one light from the solar stake lights was working interminttently and they replaced the faulty unit in 3 days.
Would have been 5 stars otherwise

Total crap! The pulse oximeter we got from them is yet another example of Chinese fakes passed off as the real thing. It was immediately obvious on first inspection that it had been assembled upside down so that it had no hope of working. The London supplier claims to provide quality; indeed it does . . . bottom quality. Avoid them, like you avoid Covid!

Bought the self heating massage socks . Worse than my regular socks.feet were freezing and no massage. Really not worth using even if free.

UPDATE - GROUPON HAVE REFUNDED THE COST OF THESE TO MY GROUPON ACCOUNT. ACCORDING TO THE SUPPLIER OF THESE THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE MANUFACTURER AND REFERRED ME TO YOUTUBE TO FIND OUT HOW TO USE THEM. NO MENTION AS TO WHY THEY WERE SO BADLY PACKAGED AND HAD NOT HAD THEIR BATTERIES ISOLATED.
I bought 4 walkie talkie wrist watches for as Xmas gifts for my grandchildren through Groupon and they arrived quite quickly. However, they were very poorly packaged and arrived poorly wrapped in bubble wrap, in a Jiffy bag. They were not in boxes and had no instructions with them. Also their batteries had not been isolated so they were already using the batteries in them! Have tried to contact them by email, but with no success and I can’t find a telephone number for them.

Bought vacuum storage bags back in June (it's now September). They never arrived, no responses to emails, just took my money and run. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Ordered face masks through wowcher, never arrived. Ripped me off!!

Do not order from this company I ordered one of the electric cars it was a one-seater in March and I have got nothing from them they won't even answer my emails or anything else they ripped me off this company is a scam do not use this company

Ordered glasses from groupon. Received an empty jiffy bag inside a plastic bag from royal mail with a notice apologising for state of jiffy bag. I've bought a lot of stuff from groupon over past 5 years but I'll never buy from them again. They obviously do not carry out any due diligence on companies they use. Disgraceful

Bought a bag, disappointingly it came without a strap, contacted them via email 3 times, no reply. Can’t return without a return number allocated by them. The bag is totally no use to me now. Avoid this company.

Do not buy. Absolutely terrible quality and can see right through the material,so no PPE protection at all. Wowcher should not be selling these through their website.

Just received these black face masks which are very basic and actually look like bra cups! They are not worth £15 I paid for them. Bought them for protection as advertised on Groupon, however they do not look or feel like they can protect us from anything at all. False advertising and truly a disappointment. I am now going to have to purchase more masks from elsewhere and wait for them to arrive. We are a household with 3 keyworkers and needed them for travelling to and from work, we may as well just not wear anything on our faces! Shame on you Groupon for not checking such an important item.

I ordered 6 of these masks which cost me £13.99 for 3. I received them today and that is the only good thing I can say is delivery was great. As for the masks I have never s
een such a load of rubbish in all my life and you should be ashamed of yourselves. I had to sew everyone to stop the seam coming undone. If my review stops anyone else buying these it will be a job well done and I will not hesitate but to tell everyone I know not to touch you with a twenty foot barge pole. I am disgusted with your company and you should be disgusted to call yourselves one. Lorraine Mitchell

5 Face Masks - Very Poor Quality

We purchased these via wowcher, and these will be the last from them. My 5 year old could have made a better mask. Cheap product that are worth less than 10p each in materials. Although it looks like the company pay no attention to reviews as they have not responded to anyone on here.
