This company clearly proved to be a massive scam, I bought one of their product through Groupon (disappointing) and arrived to me broken. I followed the procedure for asking a refund contacting them directly and, as other people said, no answer to my email.
Really outrageous and shameful way to steal money.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
SCAM!!!!!!

Shame we can’t give zero stars. Multiple emails sent and yet nothing. Still waiting for my order. If I don’t hear anything within the next 2 days I will file a claim to get my money back

17/01 edit after reply: I tried to purchase a purse. Had to go via PayPal to dispute and get my money back as still no email response. Why do you only seem to check here?

This must be about the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Nothing happened. I have now emailed them 4 times and haven't even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement. I cannot find a phone number for them anywhere. So I have now written to Mark McKenna the CEO of this company.
I would advise everybody to steer well clear of this company.

I ordered two shoulder bags for Christmas presents I have been sent the wrong item twice!!!!! After emailing them several times the reply I got was a random email (looks like one they send everyone) telling me to do this that and the other and then to run round to send it back!!!!!! Wish I had waited for first order to come so I would not off bothered ordering again only to get the same again waste off my money and not what I ordered

hi ordered a boys short set , he is a big 10 year old so i ordered a size 13-14 to be on the safe side but when it arrived you would be lucky if it would fit an 8 year old so i sent it straight back 6 weeks ago and still have not received my refund and absolutely impossible to contact this company.

Just as good and if not cheaper than the ikea hangers I have. These are perfect for my kids room. Will buy these on Groupon again. Quick delivery too.

When I looked up this company before I bought stuff on Amazon, I was worried about their reviews on here, even though their products had good reviews on Amazon. I ordered a Green Haven mattress from them on Amazon and it did the job - the sleepover went well! Would order from Green Haven again.

Bought this mask for Halloween from Groupon. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality and very glad it came on time for my party!

Love my new spider catcher as I HATE spiders so much! So far I have managed to easily catch 4 spiders. So easy to use. Never knew something like this existed until a friend sent me the link on Amazon. Would recommend to anyone that hates spiders. The kids love using it!

Finally I have a cover for my bench that is actually waterproof. I bought my Green Haven Bench Cover from Amazon after the one I bought from B&Q wasn't waterproof and this one seems much better quality. Quick delivery and great product. Just in time for the winter. Thank you!

Ordered some solar lights from Groupon as a present for my mum for her garden. When it arrived the box was bashed so I contact them. They sent me out a new box so the product looked nice when I gave it to my mum. She loves them! Good customer service if you ask me!

Good price and quick delivery. Couldn't find this anywhere in my local Homebase or B&Q, but managed to get on Groupon at a cheaper price. Seems exactly the same. Came quick and much better getting it delivered to the door. Have used it in my plants inside and in the garden to help with drainage. Green Haven Perlite is a good product.

Ordered a fluffy Cardigan from here via groupon. What i received was a joke...NOTHING like the photo. More like a child's one wear fancy dress quality. And a big hole in the sleeve seam because its so poorly made. I've sent a complaint and asked PayPal to NOT pay...AVOID at all costs people.

I ordered 2 Oral B bundle which said the Oral B toothbrush and 16 heads were included. I received 2 packs of 16 heads and no toothbrush. When I contacted Dynergy they said the offer was only for the heads. It states on my invoices the the toothbrush is included. Now they have sent me a returns label. I am not going to return them I want my 2 toothbrushes that I ordered and paid for. What a rip off, they are getting away with false advertising.

Wouldn’t give even one star.
Ordered garden solar lights on the 24th July. Today is 28th August, still waiting for my order. Emailed twice and still no answer. Struggling to find contact number to call. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous.
Prepared to take my lost of £65 and never receive my order. Hoping that whoever runs this company will “pay” for it one day.

Do not buy the Nano cloth, packaging says apply pressure, website says don't make your minds up, now got to pay for a re-polish, no reply to e-mail complaint. Just the type of company that gives on-line retail a bad name.

Go-Dynergy is easily the worst company I ever had the misfortune to place an order with. Ordered a heatbelt on 25th May, now, a whopping 15 working days later I still haven't received anything, no belt, no communication. The only thing Go-Dynergy does efficiently is take your money, that went out of my account seconds after placing the order. So do NOT go to Go-Dynergy, they are totally useless if not an outright scam.
Update: Some 14 days after this review Go-Dynergy is asking for details. So they kind of acknowledge that they did not receive my 7 emails with all the order details. Nor, it seems, did they get the 2 communications Paypal sent them and the email I sent them through Paypal. That is a grand total of 10 emails they did not answer. I guess I rather pursue the issue using Paypal because it is obvious that this reply was dictated by "bad review" anxiety not customer service.

I am having the same issue with an order placed directly with this company which has not yet arrived. I have emailed multiple times and have received no response from the general email nor am I able to find any way of contacting them.

Can’t get hold of them. They Only have an email, no number. They don’t respond. Item not arrived.

After many times trying to contact Dynergy,my Item never arrived,I have now handed it over to PayPal to arrange a refund, if I had taken the time to read the reviews ,I would never placed an order
