I bought 2 backpacks via Groupon. After less than 1 week of use (of each of them) the stitching of straps to the bag began to undo. One broke completely eventually the other is in the process of breaking. I have not used these bags everyday nor have I packed them with heavy items. Just bad and shoddy workmanship. Having read the reviews I shall not attempt for any refund.

Two items ordered via Groupon on the 9th February, had confirmation email saying goods dispatched but goods have not been delivered despite several emails. Do not waste your money on this company.

Items not received and have had no response to emails. Have raised a PayPal dispute. Complete rip off of a company _ AVOID AT ALL COSTS

What a scam ,I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a therapy massage gun costing £70 a month ago from Go Dynergy.
They sent a confirmation and took the money immediately and since then I've been deafened by their silence.I have emailed 4 times to be totally ignored.

THIS COMPANY IS DISGUSTING. I HAVE WRTTEN TO GROUPON AT LEAST 5 TIMES AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING ALONG WITH THIS COMPANY. TWO MOON LAMPS I ORDERED ARRIVED BROKEN, THEY HAVE IGNORED ME AND NOT SENT ME A REFUND. I WILL BE TAKING IT FURTHER. I ACTUALLY DO NOT WANT TO RATE THEM WITH ONE STAR. THEY DESERVE MINUS ONES.

Already sent 2 emails as not received my order which was placed December I got initial email saying they had received order and would email again when order has been despatched no reply from my 2 emails have now asked for my money back really bad customer service shouldn’t be allowed to still advertise their goods 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Don’t order!! I ordered something for Christmas and it never arrived, a bunch of no good scammers taking poor peoples money, emailed them so many times, no reply.

I ordered without checking reviews because I was only ordering one small item and couldn’t get it anywhere else. Clearly this company are no longer actually sending our orders but are continuing to take payments.

Poor experience has mirrored what so many others have said…order was placed on the 5th Dec, email confirmation received and then absolutely nothing. I have chased three times by email (the only way of contacting them) and absolutely nothing back. PayPal claim going through now. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a screw removal kit for about a fiver through Groupon with Dynergy being the actual supplying merchant.

Groupon slipped-up by doing an incorrect automatic entry for shipping address that was my previous address.

I spotted the errors within minutes of order and reported it to Groupon who referred me to Dynergy.

They totally ignored my pleading to rewrite the shipping address even way before despatch.

Luckily I had a 1 year redirection service that worked so I got the delivery.

The product is as cheap and basic as one could ever anticipate.

My advice: be careful with Groupon as they will just refer you to the merchant and this one couldn't care less.

Re both the reply from the company concerned & their asking if I used te product - the answer is as follows:

Yes I had a task awaiting the tool kit (to remove siezed/rusted screws in, of all things, a toilet seat). I used the tools with care and caution (hardly any written guidance on usage or any useful instructions). None of the four tools were any use whatsoever in the task. Why? because they are cheap poorly made softish metal that blunts rapidly. Absolutely a waste of money - do NOT buy them - a rip-off from a company that really does not care.

I bought a thermal swaddling baby blanket for a Christmas gift, I was disgusted with the quality of this item, it was so poor that I was too embarrassed to give it as a present, it came vacuum packed and thought it was going to be thicker and better material, I can’t imagine what it would be like after one wash, I have given it to my niece for her dolls, not fit for a new born baby

Wishing I had read reviews first, Avoid using Dynergy. I ordered a Christmas present in early December and never received. I have contacted them several times and still had Zero response, not even a sorry you haven’t received your order yet. It frustrates me that these fake companies who obviously order in from cheapChina.com are so damn quick to take your money then completely ignore you. So I would highly recommend that you Don’t Go Dynergy. Be interesting to see if this review also gets a fake ‘Oh sorry to hear you haven’t received your item, get in touch and we’ll endeavour to do absolutely nothing to help, kind regards, Go Dodgy’.

Unfortunately I had the same experience as so many others. Ordered and paid for item in November for Christmas. No sign of purchase arriving, no reply to my emails, and matter settled through Paypal with refund in January. My advice ... avoid.
I'm now being asked by Trustpilot to send more details to the company. Why? I don't quite see what more I can add. I bought something off their website for Christmas in November... didn't get the item or replies to any of the emails I sent them... and eventually got my money back after raising the issue with Paypal.
As far as I can see this is just a case of the company paying lip service to customer service so that it looks reputable.

AVOID. No contact from this company since they took my money in November - multiple emails sent requesting an update, no reply, no despatch email and no delivery. Refund sought through PayPal - do not even bother ordering from this company.

Dreadful customer service, bought karaoke microphone through groupon, absolutely useless but they won’t refund just keep sending emails arguing about it

Don't order from this company. They take your money and you don't receive the goods and they don't reply to emails. I have reported them to Trading Standards.

As with pervious reviewers,I received a confirmation email, and nothing since. No despatch email, nothing, despite sending 3 follow up emails.

Aweful company.
Aweful customer service. Impossible to get hold of. Received 1e-mail confirming my order, then nothing. Have sent three e-mails to date, enquiring about the whereabouts of my order, and then requesting a refund, all of which have been ignored. Do not use this company. Ever.

Like many others I have not recieved the item from this company on November 19th niether have they replied to the emails I have sent requesting news of progress.
Now I have discovered that this is not unusual
