Shoddy quality

I bought 2 backpacks via Groupon. After less than 1 week of use (of each of them) the stitching of straps to the bag began to undo. One broke completely eventually the other is in the process of breaking. I have not used these bags everyday nor have I packed them with heavy items. Just bad and shoddy workmanship. Having read the reviews I shall not attempt for any refund.

SCAM

What a scam ,I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a therapy massage gun costing £70 a month ago from Go Dynergy.
They sent a confirmation and took the money immediately and since then I've been deafened by their silence.I have emailed 4 times to be totally ignored.

A scam

Obstructive customer service designed to ignore customers

Bought a screw removal kit for about a fiver through Groupon with Dynergy being the actual supplying merchant.

Groupon slipped-up by doing an incorrect automatic entry for shipping address that was my previous address.

I spotted the errors within minutes of order and reported it to Groupon who referred me to Dynergy.

They totally ignored my pleading to rewrite the shipping address even way before despatch.

Luckily I had a 1 year redirection service that worked so I got the delivery.

The product is as cheap and basic as one could ever anticipate.

My advice: be careful with Groupon as they will just refer you to the merchant and this one couldn't care less.

Re both the reply from the company concerned & their asking if I used te product - the answer is as follows:

Yes I had a task awaiting the tool kit (to remove siezed/rusted screws in, of all things, a toilet seat). I used the tools with care and caution (hardly any written guidance on usage or any useful instructions). None of the four tools were any use whatsoever in the task. Why? because they are cheap poorly made softish metal that blunts rapidly. Absolutely a waste of money - do NOT buy them - a rip-off from a company that really does not care.

Do not buy

I bought a thermal swaddling baby blanket for a Christmas gift, I was disgusted with the quality of this item, it was so poor that I was too embarrassed to give it as a present, it came vacuum packed and thought it was going to be thicker and better material, I can’t imagine what it would be like after one wash, I have given it to my niece for her dolls, not fit for a new born baby

Wishing I had read reviews first, Avoid using Dynergy. I ordered a Christmas present in early December and never received. I have contacted them several times and still had Zero response, not even a sorry you haven’t received your order yet. It frustrates me that these fake companies who obviously order in from cheapChina.com are so damn quick to take your money then completely ignore you. So I would highly recommend that you Don’t Go Dynergy. Waste of time

Unfortunately I had the same experience as so many others. Ordered and paid for item in November for Christmas. No sign of purchase arriving, no reply to my emails, and matter settled through Paypal with refund in January. My advice ... avoid.
I'm now being asked by Trustpilot to send more details to the company. Why? I don't quite see what more I can add. I bought something off their website for Christmas in November... didn't get the item or replies to any of the emails I sent them... and eventually got my money back after raising the issue with Paypal.
As far as I can see this is just a case of the company paying lip service to customer service so that it looks reputable.
