What an incredible experience. We took the summit tour and it did not disappoint! We were very lucky with the weather as it was a beautiful clear day and visibility was perfect. Our guide was Andrea, who was funny and informative. The whole trip was well organised and efficient, including pick up from our hotel.

Friendly atmosphere, amazing knowledge of the guide, unique landscape, small group, access to Etna from the less visited side so we were basically alone on the walk, free rental of clothes and shoes... just all the positives with this agency. We can only recommend it :)

A wonderful experience where the drivers (Mr. Sergey and Mr. Fortunato) and the guides (Mr. David and Mr. Alex) explained and introduced us to the beauty of “Mamma Etna” on its northern side over three wonderful stops.

Perfect day out with Go Etna on my mother's bday! We did the full day volcano tour. We loved everything: The super professional and fun guides, the magical volcano, the fun walks along the volcano craters and lava tunnels, the delicious lunch, the beautiful Alcantara gorge... and most of all, our guide Marco's kindness and attention to every need, ensuring my 75+ year old parents felt comfortable and safe at all times.

I was picked up and dropped off at my hotel in Catania. Once on the trail, the guides were very informative regarding geology, volcanology and history. Though the hike was an easy-moderate level trek, the guides assisted those who needed help during both the climb and decent. I would definitely recommend this company and the guides for any planned hike up Mt Etna.

The Tour was ok. The Shuttle and the guides are in time and top organized. The lunch ist Not realy needed and too expensive. If it is possible to Book a Tour without lunch, i would prevare this.
50 Minutes on top of the Mountain and Walk aronund is to Short, especially with Kids..

Etna Emotional 3000 tour

We had a wonderful day with Giuseppe. He and his colleagues were very informative and clearly passionate and knowledgeable about Mt Etna. The lunch was delicious and the restaurant staff were very accommodating and coped effortlessly with a large group. This tour is ideal if you only want a forty minute walk after a cable car and 4x4 journey.

We were 9 adults and 2 Kids, Salvatore and Sascha were wonderful guides. They speak very well german. It was a very insteresting tour with a lot of informations

Great guides - with plenty of knowledge to keep everything interesting. However, the “jeep” turned out to be a mini bus, which was OK but not what we expected. We were under the impression that the “jeep” would be taking us off road & further up Etna.
But, it was a great trip & highly recommended

We booked day trip Etna tour for a group of 6.
Tour was guided in German language like requested.
Hotel pick up on time.
Half day trip at Etna mountain with 4 stops and interesting information's on vulcano and Etna.
Lunch stop at simple mountain lodge with good local food.
Afternoon stop at Alcantara river with refreshing bath.
We enjoyed the day and trip and will recommend to others.

Great and informative experience with a very good guide

A very professional company with a friendly and knowledgeable staff team. From my first pick up in the morning to last drop off after the tour the staff team were a joy to spend time with and the tour exceeded my expectations in every way. First class and cannot recommend highly enough.

Tour was well arranged. Starting from pickup to arriving at Mount Etna. Tour guide was informative and with a high sense of humour. We thought the tour will be cancelled cause of the recent eruption but it didn’t get cancelled as the eruption was on the other side of the volcano. The Cable car ride and the 4*4 big buses and the hike was too much fun. Then ending with the lunch with the nice group of people from all over the world having a nice chat while having lunch and enjoying the tasty italian food. Such a great experience.
