Great experience for my little girl to climb up the trees safely. She enjoyed with her friends for a wonderful weekend and arranges to go again.

Visited Delamere go ape yesterday with my 11 year old and my 4 year old. It was my 4 year olds first time and he started off well but became a bit frightened by the height. One of the members of staff - Ollie was fantastic reassuring and calming my little boy. Once he calmed my son absolutely loved his time at go ape particularly the zip line at the end! We’ve visited go ape a few times with my eldest but with it being my youngest sons first time the experience was made fantastic by the staff and thank you to Ollie for going the extra mile with his friendly and reassuring approach!

We had a great afternoon out at Go Ape today. The instructors were fantastic and Jed helped my son around the whole course as he was finding it scary and overwhelming. Without his help, we would not have made it round. It made my son feel amazing that he managed to complete the course. Thank you so much for all your enthusiasm and patience.

The Grizedale Sundown Go Ape experience was amazing. Great staff, great course and it was fantastic the way it was lit up in the dark. My 10 year old daughter loved it and we would highly recommend the experience. It is great for all ages of the family. And again a great thanks to the Grizedale Go ape staff who were absolutely amazing, super helpful, friendly and lots of fun.

After a wonderful 10th birthday party we found ourselves stuck in the mud trying to leave! The team at Chessington Go Ape were amazing! They were so patient and kind; working after their last stift had ended to help a stressed mum in the dark with a car full of children. The whole team were so polite and friendly; they managed to get us out in no time at all - a great team all round! Thank you so much, Will and Amy and the rest of the team for coming to our rescue. An adventure was had by all!

The whole climbing bit experience was good. However one of the instructors just doesn't know what customer service is, when it comes to treating your customers equally. Apart of us 3, myself, my husband and our daughter there were also 2 couples that were climbing together. Our climb has been stopped by a thunder so we had to wait for 25 minutes before we can start again, which was absolutely fine. When we were aloud to carry on with the track, the instructor asked the two couples if they would like to repeat track 3 even though they have finished that one before the thunder, so I assumed we will be offered to repeat track 2 as well, as we just finished it just before the thunder. However, the instructor blatantly answered that we have finished that one before the rain, so we can start on the 3rd one. I asked him why he has offered the two couples extra run on the 3rs track but we not allowed to repeat the second one, he said there is no staff, so no one is at the track 2 atm to superwise us.There is no staff around whichever track you are on, they tell you that you're on your own after you finish the training bit. We felt like we were treated differently than other customers for some reason. I don't think I will come back to this particular site after this experience.

We came to Go Ape at Hylands Park with our 3 girls today. They were great and I really wasn’t! I froze on 3 of the obstacles and just couldn’t move at all on 1 of them. Adam was simply incredible. He came along some of the course with me as I’d told my children and partner to go ahead ( they’d waited for me for so long already). He helped me with each step and I couldn’t be more grateful. My children were so happy to see me catching up to them. This man deserves a raise!! He really is an asset to the team.
Thank you Adam at Hylands Park, Chelmsford x

The staff here are absolutely amazing. My son was unexpectedly so nervous and once he got up started crying. One of the instructors, Peter, was an actual angel. He came straight up and took care of him wiping his tears and nose and talking him through every little step getting him along. He even managed to get him to go down the zip wire. All the staff were so supportive but Peter really went the extra mile!!

I went to Go ape cannock yesterday and I have to say one member of staff went above and beyond for me, he walked in on a conversation whilst I was climbing the ladder where I had said my blood sugar was low and he asked if he could ask me a personal question, was I diabetic, which i replied yes, he asked how I was feeling and I said abit shaky at rhe moment, he told me to stop what I was doing and got on the radio and asked for a bottle of coke immediately, he even got me a pouch to take the bottle around with me! I hope this review reaches you whoever you are because you deserve some credit off the company for that, thank you!!
I also want to point out that I couldn't complete the course because you have two sides to pick from and none of which are posted what you have to do, I came across a rock climbing wall and couldn't do it, my feet kept slipping off, had there been ladders instead I'd of been able to complete the course, so maybe it needs to be sign posted for people's abilitys so they can choose which course to take.

Absolutely lovely staff!! We had to push our booking back an hour due to unscheduled doctor appointment. I expected a "computer says no" response but instead we got kindness, understanding and our booking moved with no drama! Our instructor Fynn was really reassuring and delivered the training in a clear, authoritative way. The adventure really is challenging and at 50 I was proud of myself for doing it! I am not great with heights so a big confidence boost. Give the cafe a miss if you want a decent coffee. It was rubbish!!

From start to finish the team looking after us were friendly and knowledgeable, always safety conscious but also fun. The course was challenging (I’m 56 and short) but also exciting. Each section ended with zip wire through the trees which was the best bit! I would definitely recommend this activity to anyone who is looking to do something different.

Great location. The instructors were all brilliant and helpful. One issue is the design. Whether it's to do with safety regulations or not... but it seems negligent to not have a method to easily jettison a child back down to the ground when they're having a mini meltdown. I'm sure this is not uncommon. Due to the cable system, everyone had to come off by going backward on a level... An instructor came up the opposite way but couldn't convince the kid to continue. Therefore everyone has to come off, the time has to be extended... creates a backlog for Go Ape etc etc... bizarre. Why not have a tool to unlock the trolley, and belay/abseil a kid down from a platform. Simple. Otherwise, a great day.

Had a wonderful afternoon with the team at Go Ape Battersea Park. The Staff were very courteous, professional and did a great job of running through the safety guidelines. There are numerous rope courses, catering to all ages and abilities. Kids had a great time - but the highlight was easily the zip lines. Great fun!

Our family of five visited Go Ape Bracknell and it was a brilliant experience for all. Our ages range from 49 down to 12 and everyone really enjoyed the afternoon. The staff were very helpful and kind and informative as well as being encouraging. Would highly recommend to all.

I just wanted to say thank you to Matt at Go Ape. He helped my 10yr old daughter tackle the first part of the course, after she got scared and refused to do it. He was so patient, gentle and encouraging. Thank you so much for helping my daughter feel proud of herself that day. People like you are worth their weight in gold!! Thank you Matt.
BTW, she went on to complete the whole course, with Matt giving her a medal at the end. Made our experience. Well worth the money. Great location too.
