i really love every product here. But recently I purchased my dream dress and I am more than happy with the choice. The size didn't really fit me so I had to contact customer care, which is the best customer service I have ever gotten online. Absolutely blown away by the professionalism, kindness, and lightning-fast service
I ordered a bra, and unfortunately, it arrived with a small defect. The moment I reported the issue, the incredible Paulina reached out to me that very same day. Not only was she incredibly kind and understanding, but she also shipped out a replacement immediately! And guess what? The very next day, I had the perfect, flawless product in my hands!
I’m honestly speechless. The speed, care, and attention to detail left me absolutely stunned. The product itself is amazing, beautifully packaged, and of the highest quality, but what truly sets this brand apart is their approach to customer service. The way I was treated made me feel valued, respected, and genuinely cared for – an experience that’s sadly far too rare on the Polish market.

GSQ is one of my favourite lingerie brands! The design and quality of their products are amazing and they boost confidence :)
Since I started purchasing at their store around two years ago they have also improved a lot their customer service. One person that definitely deserves big recognition is Paulina whose support is just excellent! I can rate it 6/5. She is always super helpful, very fast in response and proactive. Thanks to her each order and refund processes are easy as she is always there to answer any questions or doubts I would have.

Fantastic lingerie, my wife absolutely loved the selection I made for her. She especially loved the fact that she gets to experience something new and different every year for her birthday, as the foreign lingerie is much more appealing and better quality than those currently offered in the US.

I generally really like the company, I like the quality and style of their clothing. They have their own returns process which is worth looking into but I haven’t experienced issues with it. The only issue I had was with the Nymph bathing suit top, while beautiful the little serpent piece unfortunately broke after a few wears.

The item I ordered was beautiful (nymph swimsuit)! So happy with my purchase. It did take a bit longer to get a shipping notification which had me worried at first. But once it was officially marked as shipped it arrived pretty quickly! I think if you are ordering from another country (U.S. in my case) be prepared for it to possibly take a bit longer. I will be ordering again!

I had ordered a dress during the busy Black Friday sale that I was planning to wear to an upcoming event. Despite the holiday shopping delays, Paulina was wonderful in locating my order and creating a timely shipment.
