Love the styles, but my favorite thing about this company is their customer service. Super responsive timing wise and also so personable. Paulina went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, not something you always see in online retail at all.

Very unflattering fit
Very unflattering fit, little to no stretch and extra material in strange places. Not great for petite bodies. I am a 32B and got an XS top. The underwire was too small and dug in, yet the cup material was too much. Even if I did go up in size to fit my back, it would not fit my chest. Disappointing.

Have loved this company for years now
Have loved this company for years now. Always get so many compliments in their dresses and also my fav pair of swimmers are from them. I recently got a dress which was again stunning but unfortunately needed to go up a size. They allowed the exchange to occur once the shipment was picked up! I didn’t even have to wait until it reached the destined! I’ve never had this and meant I could get my exchange faster. Great customer service

This was by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had—not just in online retail, but in any industry. After placing an order, I emailed customer care to explain that I’d be traveling and asked if the dresses could arrive in time. Paulina, the customer care representative, went above and beyond: she arranged for my package to arrive within 24 hours from Poland to my home in the UK. Not only did she manage the dispatch and coordinate with DHL to ensure prompt delivery, but she also sent another package directly to my hotel in Palma, just to make sure I had the dresses for my vacation. The level of service was truly exceptional—she even replied to emails outside of regular hours. The dresses themselves are stunning: the fabric, design, cut, and quality exceeded my expectations. I’m beyond thrilled and will definitely continue ordering from God Save Queens.

So much disappointed
When i received it and try the article it was perfect it feel very well. i decided to keep it for my next holidays! And I try it , it has broken, torn!!! It is very fragile!!! So disappointing!!!! To pay 75 euros for never wearing the swimming trunks it hearts a lot! I’m so so disappointed, my friend was waiting to see mine before order one . I’ll advise her to not order one.
