I have used GoGetters for over a year now and they are by far the most reliable delivery service in my area. They work with a wide variety of quality takeaways offering a good variety of different cuisines.
I have always found their drivers to be polite and professional.
On the occasion where I did have a problem with my order (as the result of an error at the restaurant) they were quick to respond, kept me informed of progress and resolved the issue with a more than satisfactory solution.
The app is brilliant - easy to browse and place an order, order progress updates and delivery tracking also work well so you know exactly when to expect your food.

The food was well well prepared and the delivery could not be faulted the drivers are very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent service, food and delivery from chicken george bedford, with go getters delivery. Easy use online, will be ordering again soon. The driver took care with the order and all instructions (wraps rather than buns, sauces etc and where to deliver for a busy team) were followed and this was so appreciated!

I have used gogetters for about a year and have never had a problem with later delivery or cold food. The deliveries can be tracked live via their app. If wasn't for gogetters I won't bother ordering from some takeaways as they are not in the catchment areas of other food delivery companies.

I really really love chicken George!!! When it opened in Hitchin we had a few deliveries (before go getters) but the orders were always always wrong and was always late, really late!
Over the last year we have used go getters about 4-5 times and they are perfect. Fast delivery, polite friendly delivery staff and the order is ALWAYS correct!!!

The first time of using GoGetters - in fact the first time of learning about GoGetters - and there was no disappointment whatsoever. In fact I do intend to use you again on Sunday when my son and his family come to see me - Chicken George and GoGetters are a team to be reckoned with methinks!!!!!

Great experience every time with Go getters, and they keep you updated of where your order is at all times.

This company employs delivery staff without any checks, be careful who is knocking on your door.
Other delivery companies make the drivers do a ID check at the post office and some even do DBS checks. GoGetters just give a bag to anyone and hope for the best.
Be aware.

GoGetters do exactly as their name suggests!! Had great deliveries from them every time - both in Ware & Hitchin. Always deliver with a smile & a “enjoy your food comment” or the like. They’ve always been quick to respond & resolve any delivery issues. The app is also very easy to use & navigate for ordering. Would highly recommend!

Best restaurants, best service, good website - all in all, top notch :)

We frequently use GoGetters, I like the online updates giving the progress of the order and the ETA which is revised as appropriate. On this occasion, the food turned up quicker than expected and the driver read the instructions and found us and came right to our door, which other drivers often don't do!

i have not been let down with GoGetters as yet and we have been very happy using them un like some would deffo recommend

So easy to use, used a couple of times now. We brought from chicken george, food, service just everything was awesome and was so easy to order through go getters. Even got updates on what was happening with our delivery 👍

Recently ordered food via GoGetters. Food was delivered on time and the app kept us up to date from placing the order to delivery. Great to support local business too.

Great delivery of great food! Website is really easy to use and waiting times were accurate and kept up to date through the whole process. Our house is hard to find but after a quick chat with the driver he appeared with hot and delicious food! Notes made when ordering were followed. It’s a little pricey, service and delivery nearly £5, but that’s not unusual and the good service makes it a reasonable cost when you can’t leave the house.

Used GoGetters recently, after the local takeaway swapped to them from their previous delivery partner. The whole process was much better and the food was delivered ahead of expectations, by a very courteous driver. Overall a great experience.

It was easy to order, the app kept me up to date and the food arrived hot, and slightly ahead of time - what's not to like!

We always order from GoGetters at the office for work lunches, meetings etc and we're never disappointed. The food is always on time, prompt replies on the website and fantastic customer service. With constant bad experiences with Deliveroo when ordering food for work, GoGetters are now our 'go to' ! Thank you and keep up the great work.
