My dad is bed bound and unable to get to the GP. With the current state of the NHS, we decided to try gogodoc. I made the appointment in the morning and had the consultation in the afternoon. The Doctor was very attentive, asked loads of questions and made a thorough diagnosis. She then provided a step-by-step explanation of what to do and provided a backup plan. Thanks to the prescription provided online; my dad was better in a few days. An excellent service which I will be using again.

When the GP service let’s you down this service is a life saver.The price is good and worth every penny the GP was excellent would recommend to anyone.

I made an appointment on line at 7:30 am and Dr. Lavan Vavathen called me at 10 am. The consultation, was quick, thorough and the prescription was sent to me via txt and email which I could collect from any pharmacy nationally. Brilliant service!

My 2 year old daughter had come down with Scarlet Fever and was very poorly with it, our doctors and 111 couldn’t give her an appointment for another three days and I needed to get her antibiotics ASAP. I went online and found gogodoc, I filled out the appointment request form and within an hour Dr. Raji Varadarajah called me for a phone appointment, she was very thorough and helpful and she prescribed antibiotics for my daughter which came through straight away. I highly recommended this service.

Very friendly and helpful service. Dr R Patel was AMAZING. Had him for multiple appointments and he couldn't have done more or been kinder. Really try to understand you without any judgement. Has given me some hope for people who have had bad doctor experiences before. Very quick response times. Couldn't recommend more! Truly fantastic service!

This service is fantastic. The GP I spoke with really listened to me and made sure I was well informed on the next steps I can take by the end of my session. This service was accessible, affordable, and professional. will be using this in the future

Amazing service.
Dr Rakesh Patel Came very quickly (less than an hour). Was very professional and kind . Give me the right prescription and after 2 days I recovered . Very recommended company (and a fair tariff as well -375£).

Very fast-responding and caring service. I was able to get an appointment in a matter of hours and Dr Lavan was very attentive and treated me with great care. He made sure I was well taken care of even after my stay at Gogodoc, asking for updates, quickly following-up with test results, and offering help when I struggled to get an ultrasound appointment at A&E. Dr Lafina was also very attentive and compassionate, promptly writing me a referral to a radiologist and thus allowing me to get an appointment on the same day.

I felt extremely well taken care of during and beyond my stay at Gogodoc. Highly recommend for the fast response time, the doctors’ quick reaction and very attentive, caring and effective treatment.

I only called the service after having tried to see my GP on the previous two mornings only to be told by the reception staff that all the appointments were gone and I should try again tomorrow. What I received here was a prompt, courteous and professional response from a very empathetic GP who took my current history, considered my previous history and medication and then prescribed a course of antibiotics, the prescription for which arrived within 5 minutes.

Absolutely fantastic service! From the intake to the doctors arrival to follow up - everything was professional and perfect. Came to the rescue of my husband and a bout of gout!!! Highly recommend.

My elderly mother was visiting from overseas. She ended up with a respiratory infection but was downplaying her symptoms and refusing to see a doctor. I contacted gogodoc and within an hour had a very pleasant chat with Dr Patel and a prescription ready to be filled. Dr Patel was very kind and patient with my mother. My mother seemed relieved after her call with Dr. Patel and ultimately admitted how terrible she felt and acknowledged the severity of her symptoms. We are very appreciative for Dr Patel and this service.

From initial request to prescription filled took under an hour.
The Dr was efficient, comprehensive and confident. Highly recommend and the best £45 I’ve spent recently.
