This is the second time I have used this service. It is so easy & efficient & Dr Varathan was very professional & thorough & I could have literally picked up my prescription within 15 mins of the call. I will definitely use again if needed.

I had a consultation with dr Lafina Diamandis for breathing problems. I booked the appointment at 5 pm not knowing how it will go. I got the call at 8pm. She Listened to my symptoms and history and prescribed medication. The prescription arrived by 830pm. She also gave useful suggestions for follow up with GP surgery.

Hoping to collect tomorrow morning and hopefully start getting better soon. Local GP surgery was not helpful, only could get appointment 4 days later. Thank god for this service !

Oh my goodness but I wish the doc I got was my GP what a caring lovely lady Dr Lafina Diamandis was. She even knew about PsA (autoimmune condition) and didn't dismiss me in anyway. She listened, and she helped. I would highly recommend the service for the care and attention I received. Excellent.

If your services are unavailable then you should suspend the online booking!

Amazing. Had a nightmare getting a doctors appointment and all other healthcare services have been over subscribed during Christmas, I needed medication for a sinus infection.
I paid the consultation fee and got a call the same day with a prescription emailed so I could take it into my local pharmacy.
I was antibiotics that same afternoon.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again, fast and efficient.
If you can afford it and you need quick medical care, don’t hesitate.

I have now used this service twice and both times Dr Rakesh Patel has been very professional. He has diagnosed and treated me very successfully with no further issues. I highly recommend this service and wouldn’t go anywhere else including my local surgery. I wasn’t sure what to expect having never used this type of service before, however it soon became apparent that I had no need for any concern as the service was outstanding, professional and Dr Patel was friendly, understood my issues despite a complicated medical history.

We have waited in all morning for a telephone appointment that was booked and paid for yesterday . When I call the number given to ask for help it says the number is unavailable. I have left a message but no one has contacted me. I feel very let down as we were relying on this appointment

Came to Gogodoc after persistent difficulty accessing my regular GP, and have never received such quick service! GP was attentive and really listened which I appreciated. Was able to book an appointment asap, got the tests and received a prescription by the next day. Thank you!

After 3 days of being unable to get nhs doctor to answer let alone an appointment I was desperate and getting iller by the day. Gogodocs rang me in the agreed timeframe and got me the antibiotics I so desperately needed straight away. Dr lavan was kind and helpful. £45 well spent and if you’re concerned about the prescription charge well it was under a tenner!

I got a poor service from my regular GP and was feeling awful. I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours, the doctor was very thorough and had a caring attitude (remember that, caring GP’s?!) I got the prescription he felt I needed a few hours later that same day, and am feeling so much better now. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend.

Such a wonderful service and well worth the cost. I cannot thank Gogodoc enough for helping me over the past year.

The response time for communication has been awful. I needed a fast in-person consultation and was charged £375 at the point of booking. I was then emailed 3 hours later to say I was outside of the coverage area. My card was still charged the full amount and it has taken 5 emails (with no response) and several unanswered phone calls to finally get someone to say it will be refunded. Hopefully it will happen. The online video consultation I booked was fine but the Gogodoc administrative side has been terrible.

Many thanks for providing a great service. I got the treatment I needed promptly in a professional manner, so easy to collect my prescription from the local Pharmacy. Much better than visiting a local GP in person and very reasonably priced too. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and would highly recommend to others!

A friendly and smiling face, and she showed sympathy and care throughout the video call. She seemed to genuinely care and it didn't seem like anything was too much of a hassle.

Dr listened to my problem, provided the correct treatment and wished me a quick recovery, what more do you want!? In a time where the NHS is a complete shambles its good to know this very reasonable priced option exists for the future. Thank you!

Quick and easy to use. Weekend was looming and although I could have used e consultation, it would gave been Tuesday to get a response from GP. I had already used e consult and given medication which wasn't working !

Excellent service! My daughter presented with strep throat symptoms and like a lot of people I could not get an NHS appointment. Dr. Lafina Diamando had an excellent telephone manner, she listened, showed empathy and was efficient in getting the treatment sorted. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again!
