I cannot fault this service at all
I cannot fault this service at all. I was horrendously let down by my NHS service and was left with a very poorly child.
We got a video call just a few hours after contacting, the doctor was lovely and we had antibiotics the same day.
My daughter is now on the mend and I would definitely use gogodocs again.

The best service
The best service. I have struggled for two weeks for a doctor to take action and the Dr I spoke to treated me straight away after I explained my symptoms. Highly recommend.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Submitted the form at 9:10 and within half an hour an attentive and caring doctor called, we did a phone appointment, I was diagnosed efficiently and by 11am I had already picked up my prescription from the local chemist. I will never use my nhs doctor again

I was worried that as a tele-health service that it would be difficult to communicate my health concerns and be treated, but the GoGoDoc team did a wonderful job listening, providing a diagnosis, and prescribing care in a very quick turn around. No waiting and saw me 30 mins early!…
Had a really good experience with Gogodoc. I was in desperate need to get a quick check and I managed to easily get an in-clinic appointment on the same day.
Dr Lavan, was very helpful, attentive, and super knowledgeable. Not only that, he was happy to see me as soon as I turned up - which was 30 mins early!
If you are in need of a quick check-up and peace of mind I would definitely recommend Gogodoc.

Doctor was really understanding and easy to talk to. Completely understood and empathised with my needs, which put me at ease. Phone call was quick and efficient, also responded to my consultation form really quick. Very happy and satisfied with the service and would use again where necessary.

Booked a telephone consultation at 9:10am this morning dr called me at 9:35am and had my prescription by 10:00am after me calling my own GP for a week to be told no appointments available after being on hold over an hour ever time with an ear infection. Great service highly recommended will definitely be using again.

Absolutely great. Called within 5 mins on 1st January and were very thorough before issuing a private prescription. Easy, fast thorough but very personal and also very, very reasonable price.

Easy to book and reliable. I needed a referral letter, which the GP (Dr. Varathan) followed up on immediately after my consultation. I also needed an itemised invoice which was sent to me promptly upon request. All very efficient!
