Great experience! Made a same day appointment on Gogo doc and got in right away. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Dr.Lavan was great, extremely professional he takes time to listen and time to explain. A first rate professional experience. Completely satisfied with Dr. Lavan and all the support staff. I will definitely be back and would recommend the practice!

It is really a terrible one. Like cheating. I don’t know how they get 5 stars. For my experience I need a urgent prescription and after paying $50 I got the phone call back to conmuniate, till that moment ,it is still very kind. And the lady asked me to send email back to them to tell her the full name of the medicine tablet my farther took in case anything wrong. I did right a way as I need the prescription as soon as possible. While after many hours till now almost 20 hours gone, no one contact me, no email send back and phone call always transfer to message box. Never ever finds anybody. I believe it is a cheat one and irresponsible doctor. They waste my time and my farther need medicine urgent. They just don’t respect the life and charge you then disappear . Don’t be cheated!!!

Gogodoc came in clutch for me! I reinjured an old back injury on my flight to London from Los Angeles for a work trip, and was stuck in an airport hotel because I couldn't move. Eventually I found gogodoc and within 90min I was on a video chat with a well qualified doctor to help my situation. He prescribed what my doc at home would have prescribed me, and within 48 hrs I was feeling much better. Thank you gogodoc!

All very friendly and helpful. I struggle to get appointments with my NHS Gp so decided to sign up to the monthly subscription service for £15! Would certainly recommend to others.

Very quick and efficient - Dr. Varathan made me feel comfortable and is very understanding of my situation. He asked the right questions and took time to make sure that nothing was left out. From booking the appointment to receiving my prescription took only an hour.

Hitch and Tuesday are amazing also with their bright and welcoming attitude - cannot say the same with some NHS staff

Will not hesitate to use this service again and will be telling my friends about this.

Outstanding from start to finish. Speedy appointment, accurate diagnosis made from a fairly nebulous set of symptoms & clear follow up instructions . All done in a lovely professional & caring manner. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again !

We traveled from Australia to the Uk, and I had to make an emergency appointment with Dr Lavan Varathan.
I contacted the practice and was booked in within one hour and all required tests and appointments were arranged the same day and reports sent to me.
Dr Lavan Varathan is a first Class Doctor and I can highly recommend him to any client who requires medical assistance.

I received a call back really quickly and Dr Lathan V. was amazing. He really took the time to listen at a time where I needed it most, he understood, explained his diagnosis and advised me on what the next step was. I am so grateful and would absolutely recommend him.

Having phoned me and admitting their error they have now gone the extra mile with their service. I now have no problem giving them a 5 star rating.

Dr Lavan after my appendix surgery has been consistently been answering concerns and queries I have had post operation, in the current time with regular GPs it can prove very difficult to get medical advice. From my end I can say if I need assistance over the phone I am able to obtain this. There doesn’t seem to be any kind of unprofessionalism either or lack of medical enthusiasm.

I’ve been trying to get in touch repeatedly without any answer. My mother had an appt on Friday to get a prescription refilled quickly and we were told we’d get an email with the prescription shortly. It did not come. I called Monday and they sent it “again” even though it never was sent in the first place.

We’ve now been to 4 different pharmacies who say they do not have one of the prescriptions, the last pharmacy finally let us know that a particular drug doesn not exist in 1mg form. So we have to call the doctor to have the dosage changed. I called and had a very curt receptionist not even ask for the details as she assured me the doctor would take care of it as soon as they were done with a patient.

The pharmacy is about to close and still no email or response or even confirmation that it has been taken care of!

It’s now several days after the consultation and we’re no closer to getting the prescription refilled.

Was so convenient being able to speak to someone over the phone vs going to see a Dr. Dr Lavan was knowledgeable and when talking about a repeat prescription left me feeling more informed that I was previously. Would definitely use again.
