Fantastic
I ordered a training lead + traffic lead for my lunatic German Shepherd. When they hadn't arrived after almost 2 weeks, and the tracking details indicated Royal Mail were at fault I contacted Milly. Oh my, she was most apologetic and straight on the case with replacements. 10/10 for customer service :)
When the items arrived just a couple of days later they exceeded my expectations, so another 10/10, this time for quality.
I am telling all of my doggie friends - highly recommend.

quick & easy order and delivery and the collar and leads are selling so fast out of our shop in the salon! we absolutely love the range of colours, variation of product and that they match!

The size of the collar is correct for my labrador and he looks very handsome in it.
More importnatly, as he is in and out of water all summer this collar does not stay wet and smell awful after two days.
Easy to fasten and unfasten but secure.

Ordered the best long lead ever. The last one I had burnt my hands and cut them. This one definitely doesn't do that and it's waterproof!

High quality products and efficient and polite service. The products are well made: robust and practical as well as pretty with a huge selection of lovely colours. I find the leads and lines soft and comfortable to use, easy to clean and disinfect, and my clients love them too.

I got a custom rolled biothane long line, which most places don't supply and surprised they would make it for us! We love the rolled biothane and will be coming back for some in 6ft leashes.

Really pleased with training lead, quick service

I am very pleased with my waist lead. It means I have my hands free, and I also don’t need to worry about hurting my shoulders, if my dog pulls me. It’s beautifully made, and a lovely colour too.

I’m a regular customer and needed a bespoke item, the product was perfect and is already being put to the test! 5 metre double ended training lead with waist attachment. Great to give nervous dogs more room to explore, or for hands free close proximity play with dogs who can’t be off lead, or when teaching loose lead walking.
