Wow just Wow, so quick and efficient, gathered up some broken gold jewellry and watches, no idea how much it totalled. I received a lot more than I ever expected, that was transferred to my bank account within a few hours of receiving the confirmed value. Soo impressed I have found more bits sitting in drawers that never seen the light of day so have requested another Special Delivery bag to send that off. Really impressed with the full experience. The quote I got was higher than three other stores I tried (jeweller and pawnbroker) and I received the postal bag within a few days. I sent my gold and next day got an email to say it weighed more than I thought and the price of gold had gone up since my quote, so I received an extra £100 roughly. I received the money within an hour of the email. Incredibly impressed with their honesty and how easy the service was. Would 100% use again.

Very impressed with this company. I was really nervous about sending £800 worth of gold in an envelope and even questioned whether the online reviews were genuine. They sent me a pre paid envelope, I posted my bracelet at the post office, got a receipt and 2 days letter, I received an email with their offer. I accepted it and within minutes the money was in my account. Excellent.

Absolutely wonderful service throughout. First initially enquired and asked for a pack to be sent, came after a few days - pack comes with Special Delivery pre paid postage so its all quick and takes little to no time at all! Got quoted and asked if I wanted the offer. When I accepted the offer the money was in my account within a few hours. Great company, great service. Will definitely be using again!
