Today I took my unwanted jewellery to gold reserves , Llanelli. I was looked after by Liz who was absolutely amazing. Really friendly and so proffessional. Thank you Liz for making my experience an excellent one. You were great!. X

Maria was the person that served me in the shop today and was very helpful and friendly as were all the other staff working there today. Professional and good fun too.

Thank you Julie-Ann at Llanelli store today. After having had a good price for some old earrings, she asked me if I had anything else… just a small bag of costume jewellery to go the Charity shop I said. She saw a chain which I thought wasn’t gold but it was!! £185 worth. I cannot believe my luck!

As the price of gold has been so high lately I've been selling my gold items at the Llanelli branch over the last few weeks. I have found them all so helpful and efficient, and I have been so impressed that I have recommended them to my family and friends. Well done all of you and especially Julie Ann who I have been dealing with mostly, who has been extremely professional and very patient with me.

Pleasantly surprised with the amount that we received for our old no longer used jewellery and thank you so much for your expertise, must thank Julie for her knowledge and assistance.

The service was okay when I first phoned and the lady I spoke to was very helpful so I looked online for a chain. Ordered the chain which was of good quality but not for me. Tried phoning this company next day to return it but no answer. Phoned up at least 10 times to no avail. Ended up messaging online to return chain.
