I’ve had good advice everytime when I informed for more advanced stuff.
Quality is very good, and I like that they have plenty off choice especially in the foil range, and boards.
Last week my boardleash broke(things happen), and the same week they sended me a new one, that I think is good service.
Yes, sometimes they are out of stock and you have to wait a few days or weeks, but it’s worth the wait.

To order in Holland and have it send to a french adress seemed digitally impossible!! Than I asked for advice by telephone 3 times…… no way…. They kept trying to work me through their digital prison. I cancelled my allready paid order….. it took 15 minutes to pay. It takes them 12 working days to repay me.

Absolutely fantastic experience from the start. I had lots of questions which were answered straight away, I was a bit worried about ordering to the UK however it was no problem at all, and i received my gear pretty quick. On the water I'm really impressed the wing gear is exactly what I wanted and gong suggested.

my ordered board was delivered within a very short time. After I noticed that a seam was not glued well, my complaint was processed immediately. The service was just great. My new board was sent back to me immediately. Very good company, fantastic service

They have an excellent Customer Service Team. After a bit of chatting I've decided to purchase an Alvator V2 Curve ALU Carbon XLT. Thank you Cyril for the detailed technical advice! The hydrofoil was delivered by DHL to Halifax/Canada in less than a week (to my surprise) and I can say the shipping cost was decent. The package arrived in a very good condition and I was quite well impressed by the high quality of the product. I am happy I saved a lot of money, taking advantage of the Direct Sales Services of Gong Galaxy! Highly Recommended!
