I am extremely impressed with the level of support and professionalism I received from Gong and Olivier during my recent purchase. Unfortunately, one of the items I ordered was affected during the shipping process, but Olivier immediately stood by my side, offering full support and handling everything with great care. This experience once again proved to me that Gong is truly there for their customers — not only at the time of purchase but also throughout the entire follow-up process.
This is actually the second time I’ve needed their help. On a previous occasion, when some items were misplaced by the courier, Gong and Marc-Antoine were there for me, managing the situation in such a reassuring and professional way that all the stress was lifted off my shoulders.
The communication has always been excellent, and the way Gong’s team approaches customer care gives me complete confidence in purchasing again and again. Absolutely reliable, professional, and supportive — highly recommended!

I bought a kite kit from Gong and the whole process turned out to be a let‑down.
Late bar delivery: The kit arrived on 7 July 2025 without the bar. The bar finally showed up on 22 July 2025—well after my planned kite holiday in Italy. Because the bar was missing, I couldn’t test the 12 m² kite properly during the trip.
No chance to test later: After the holiday my work schedule was tight and the weather was unsuitable, so I couldn’t get another proper test before the 30‑day return window closed - after: no assistance, no resolution, just a strict policy. Not really improving trust in a not so well-known brand.
What I actually used: 12 m² kite – only two short sessions (≈10 min with a different bar and a 1‑hour flight with the correct bar). It stalled on every launch, which feels like a manufacturing defect.
9 m² kite – still sealed in its original packaging, never flown.
Customer service: Gong replied quickly but stuck to a strict “no return, no refund” policy, even after I explained the delayed bar and the likely defect. They offered only a brief acknowledgment and no concrete solution such as a partial refund, store credit, or technical assistance to address the stall issue.
Bottom line: A delayed component, an apparently defective kite, and an inflexible after‑sales response left me with gear I can’t use. I can’t recommend Gong until they improve their return handling and quality support.

In this new era, simplicity and speed is crucial to overcome indecisive 🤷 customers, and help them to modify and acomodare their orders to their needs. Although you have best in class website, who is giving plenty of useful information to rookies in this new sport- wing foiling , ,to find good advice and how to chose the best equipment. Your order handling team is very flexible and reacting fast when changing some items in the order.
I had a case that I placed an order and then tomorrow morning I had a chance to try a smaller board than I have ordered. Then I realized that smaller boat board is more suitable for me. Three days from order, I was hoping that order still is not shipped, what likely was the case and I asked order handling team to change from 75 L to 65 L board what was done on very simple and fast way, in few steps, 5 min.
Thank you guys all for understanding and patience. It was a truly nice experience to order from your side and all the best.

All round excellence, from order to tracking parcel to delivery to UK . 5m Kite arrived on time just in time for 35mph winds and WOW what a good time had. Quality of kite is amazing and performed no different than my quiver of let's say more expensive kites I have. Will certainly be back for more, I'm stoked.

The experience with Gong has been very good, I bought an Origin 1.0 Ten Blues 9'2. I saw some video online because I didn't know the company, I tried the Longboard once arrived and it's AMAZING. The look is fantastic, better than any photo can describe, perfectly shiny. The longboard is easy to paddle and to manuver as they promise. I added some transparent grip pad to not ruin the fantastic design with wax. I've to say, pay attention to the related object in the chart, because I bought the leash and I couldn't decide the color, so now I've a light blue leash paid 2 times what I could have bought on their website with the right colour (black or red for my longboard) and I bought a sock, it's very unconfortable with a Longboard, so I would prefer to spend more but buying a surfbag. I had some Issues with the courier Geodis, but Gong with Gasperd were able to assist me solving my delivery problem, so they are absolutely trustfull with an excellent customer support!
