I was very disappointed not to receive the second part of my order ... which was a pair of cargos that I waited over a month for.

This place is a scam

This place is a scam. Save your time and money. I "gave them the benefit of the doubt" and wasnt as "lucky" as some.
Every single post of theirs on instagram has comments from angry customers like me. The red flags are SO there.

based off reviews i was very hesitant to purchase anything from this site, almost everyone said it was a scam. I decided to give the brand the benefit of the doubt, i bought a pair of sneakers and i started to get a little scared because i hadn't received an email saying they had shipped, this was probably because i didn't check the actual site for tracking. After day three i got a little nervous but just because i'm impatient but by the fourth day they were already at my home! i didn't expect such fast shipping, but the shoes were really great quality and i actually just bought another pair! i'm so satisfied with my experience and i bought the second pair yesterday evening and they already shipped by this morning! would definitely recommend buying from goodbye bread if you love fast and easy shopping.

Long story short: THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Such a shady "company" and "brand." I saw many of their ads on Snap Chat and thought I would purchase a pair of sweatpants. I ordered via PayPal (which came to my advantage in the end), and was sent a confirmation email stating that due to COVID, orders are being shipped slowly and they would keep me updated when shipped. Fine, no problem. Well, almost 3-weeks went by and I never received an email stating they at least put a label on it. Next step was for me to check the status of my order by putting in my order number, and to my surprise, my email was not coming up with any account associated which was odd considering I got many emails from them about my initial order confirmation and more weekly junk advertisement emails. I tried changing my password and never received a bounce-back email to complete those steps.

Instead, I contacted their customer service via email and Facebook Messenger because their phone number was not working to check the status of my order. I got a response in a day stating "I am afraid we must declare it lost in transit :( " amongst more apologies to refund my original payment method or as a store credit (no thanks).

By this time I had a feeling they would try to pull a fast one which left me without my money or an item, so I simultaneously started a dispute on PayPal and reached out to Goodbye Bread stating I wanted a refund back to my PayPal account. They responded that I would see it in 5-10 days. So those 10 days rolled by and there was no refund posted. I contacted them again via email asking about the status, and they said that if I cancelled my PayPal dispute then I would receive it faster, which makes no sense, and at the end of the email they said I should just go ahead and cancel it so I could receive the refund. I said no, I am not cancelling a dispute in case they don't send me the money immediately. Then a few hours went by and my return was posted to my account.

It took about a month to receive my money back, and I feel that if I wasn't on top of this, I would have lost my money and had been screwed over completely. I have a feeling the get lots of ad space from social media and send their items for free to those who have many social media followers then steal from the people with real money so they can keep up funding their "business" and growing their social media following.

In conclusion, I JUST WANTED SOME SWEATPANTS! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BRAND.

Due to Covid19 we are experiencing delays with a limited amount of orders and their respective transit times but we are working hard with all parties involved to resolve the issues.

Regarding your refund time, the issue arose since you disputed the transaction with Paypal. Once a transaction is disputed the funds get locked and then Paypal and/or the banks involved are in charge of resolving this case and refunding the customer directly. On our end all refund requests are processed within one business day, however we can’t control how fast disputed transactions are resolved since this is unfortunately outside of our control.

wouldn’t recommend buying from here

wouldn’t recommend buying from here. was told i could get a $25 gift card if i bought something with a certain code . i did and never received the gift card. i’ve been calling, emailing, and dming them on instagram but no one has responded. Its been a day or so. Save your money and time and shop somewhere else. This place is not reliable

Worst company EVER

Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a pair of demonia boots on August 22 and Ive been waiting for an entire month and they never came. I messaged them on their Instagram account and they told me the package was lost and I could either get a refund or store credit. I dont want anything else to do with this company so i of course chose the refund option and they said it would take 5-10 days to process into my account. We’ll see how long it takes but in all honesty this company is a scam and not worth it. Please please please don’t make the same mistake i did

PLEASE READ!!

Im in the US. I had never heard of this brand until I saw some cute cargos on TikTok and wanted to give them a try. I saw all these bad reviews and was hesitant, but purchased anyway. Site was easy to navigate, the wording in descriptions is very edgy and can be off putting but thats the brands aesthetic. The cargos are EXPENSIVE, yes. $53 per pair to be exact. Anyway, order is placed. I saw a review about the "sketchy" confirmation email. Again, its just their aesthetic. I did have a very long shipping time, it didn't ship until 3 weeks later which I was pretty upset about but there is a pandemic, so I tried to be understanding. Once shipped, I got the pants within 3 days! Sizing is VERY large. Material is actually quite nice, not too thick or thin. I got 2xl originally but they were double my size so I had to do a return. Returns are a little weird, you have to get approval first before you ship it out and that took a few days but I got store credit pretty fast. I ordered 2 sizes down and they fit much better. The buttons are huge and hard to close, I would prefer a snap button or something but its whatever. I got my second order within 2 weeks. I honestly don't know why this brand has so many negative reviews. I reached out to customer service, and always got an answer. Besides being expensive and indie, there really is nothing sketchy about the brand/site. I want all the cargo colors lol. Overall; I DO think its worth it if you want to spend the money just be VERY weary of sizing and order a size or two down just to be safe. They run HUGE.

if ur from europe u probably shouldnt order

ok so im gonna be honest... i ordered pants from here and it took a MONTH to get here after the delivery time stated 5 to 10 days :( i contacted customer care and at first they wouldnt respond whatsoever on any social media platform they provided nd then after a few more tries a few days after i did finally get a response.. theyre nice but when youre trying to communicate about an order you paid a lot of money for it can be quite annoying to receive a 'dont worry bb ur gonna b ok ur order is fine uwu :3' response. it finally arrived after a month, i did have to pay 20 euros on top of an expensive order for customs. One thing i did not take in to account is that american sizes are bigger than european ones. I ordered a size m pants, which, im usually a size m in the netherlands but these goodbyebread pants are waaaaay to big on me.. I dont feel like im gonna return them though as I'll have to go through a very slow and probably expensive process of returning them back to america. No thanks.

Beware: SCAM ARTISTS

The first week of December I ordered a Xmas gift for my niece from goodbye bread. They sent me an email shortly after which read, "Hope U enjoyed shopping wid us. Ur order iz in good handz." (The child-like grammar/spelling was the first red flag. Are there actual ADULTS running this company or just a bunch of illiterate teens?!) The email also contained my order confirmation number and said I will receive my order within 4-5 business days. It's now nearly 19 days later and I still haven't received my order. I attempted to call the "customer service" number listed on their website only to discover that the number was "not in service." (Another HUGE red flag!) I've repeatedly tried to email them to no avail. This has led me to believe that this "company" is probably a total scam to steal people's money. I would advise other consumers to steer clear of this fraudulent company!!

Helpful and Quick Customer Service

I placed an order that I needed relatively quickly and then subsequently got an email saying they were getting alot of orders and the processing time was longer than normal. I emailed them asking if I could upgrade my shipping, and within 48 hours they emailed me back saying that they took it upon themselves to upgrade my shipping at no extra cost to me! I'm really thankful they solved my problem and did it so quickly.

BEWARE! Worst customer service and takes forever to do anything

The customer service never replies and if they do, it takes AGES!! I ordered cargo pants and it took about a week to get the “processing order” email only! I was like alright hope they ship soon then. Nope and nope! It took over two week for them to finally ship the damn pants. And another two weeks for them to get here! So after a MONTH since ordering I was already pretty bummed and on top of that, the pants were a wrong size. Great! So I created a return ticket and waited. And waited...after a week I lost my s**t and emailed them multiple time if they could at least bother to accept my return request so I can finally send it. It took them few days to answer and magically my request was suddenly approved. Makes me wonder how much it would actually take if I didn’t email them in the first place 🤔
So they got my return in 6 days. And again I kept emailing the customer service for a response. When I finally got my store credit refunded it was LESS than I actually paid for originally!!!!! So I still had to pay additional $15 for the same pants!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!
Obviously it’s been a couple of weeks and I’m STILL WAITING FOR THE DAMN PACKAGE TO SHIP!! I’m leaving to europe in two weeks and there would be absolutely no one to collect the package for a month so I’m super mad! This whole one pant order took more than 2 months to deal with, never ever EVER I’m ordering from them. Such a scam!

Customer service is horrible

They canceled my order 11 days ago and they told me they returned back my money and asked me to wait 2 working days. Ive sent many emails and they haven't answer to none.
it is clear reviewing them did not change anything. So many bad rating :(.

this company is a fuckingscam . I ordered the 40s and shorties Crayola t-shirt 8 DAYS AGO AND IT STILL SAYS THEYRE PROCESSING THE ORDER!!!!!!!!!! GOT ME FUCKEDUP. ive sent emails and THEY HAVENT ANSWERED TO NONE. I KNOW ITS KINDA EARLY TO BE COMPLAING BUT IT USUALLY DOESNT TAKE THIS LONG TO PROCESS AN ORDER !!!!!! im gonna wait for one more week and if its not processed by them or say its on its way IM SHITTING ON THIS FUCKASSCOMPANY!!!!!.

Do not use this company if you are in GB.
Extortionate extra shipping fees which are not declared at point of sale. Already paid postage and packaging and then had to pay another £12 to cover import duty.
Terrible customer service. Wouldn't cover additional cost and will only offer credit voucher if items are returned - to be spent in their store and pay even more shipping cost. I DON'T THINK SO!!!

Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. They also just buy clothes from other company’s and resell them. They also will not refund you your money but instead will put it on a gift card and refuse to put it back where you can actually spend it.
