First time ordering off of here.

First time ordering off of here, I got some pants and sadly they fit me too big so returned them. It was nice quality and will definitely order here again.

Item I ordered did not end up fitting

Item I ordered did not end up fitting. I was unaware that company policy was to give store credit for returns. After speaking to tiffany about how much it would help me me out to get that money back, she pulled through and was able to get me a refund. This really went a long way for me, I'm greatful they went out of their way to help me out. Great customer service, thanks to everyone.

Stay away!

Ordered back in December. I have found by doing my own digging that their US warehouse is located in THE SAME STATE as me.
Yet my order has not shipped. I waited, and waited, and after I mentioned contacting my bank for a refund, Goodbye Bread sent me a “your order is processing” email.
A week later and my item is still “processing”. They ignore any and all attempts to make contact on their social media, which they update multiple times a day. They do not reply to emails and, as we can all see here, do not care about their paying customers.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB which I’m hoping will either get me my t shirt or a refund so I can be done with this nightmare of a company.
Never in my years of online ordering have I experienced such awful customer service (or lack thereof)

They don’t even deserve one star!!!!!!

They don’t even deserve one star! Worst company ever with even worse customer service! Never answer their phone and don’t return emails. Takes your payment and never ships the items, but will fake a tracking number saying they have been shipped. Filing a disputed with my credit card company to get the money returned!

Horrible experience
Ordered the items i wanted end of july, they shipped in time but then it got stuck at customs. Beginning of september i messaged them about it because it took longer that normal. Usually things are max 2 weeks in customs. Anyways, they told me to contact customs!! Without any help. The postal company told me they didn't give the right info so they where holding it until supplied. And couldn't help me. I messaged that to the company, and they straight up ignored my messages for 3 weeks. Now i found out the items where shipped back to them and arrived back at their unit. I send them a whole now load of messages about it and finally got a reply: 'we're gonna look into it'

Well thanks, horrible customer service they still have my money. And i have nothing. They do not take their customers seriously. Big fat horrible scam company. Definitely never ordering again. And i spend over 100 dollars. And it's halfway oktober now...

I had ordered from this site on a few…

I had ordered from this site on a few occasions. Everything was totally fine, until the most recent order I made with them. It's been over a month & when I checked the tracking, it was listed that the package was still in transit. When I reached out to the customer care line, they told me to talk to fedex, the package company. This is apart of what a customer care line is supposed to do, but I let it slide & decided to call fedex. They told me Goodbye bread had to file a claim about a missing package. Since this instance, they have not replied to any of my emails or do they ever have an actual customer care person available on their hotline, during regular business hours. I spent over $100 on this order & will not be spending another cent.

Goodbye Bread are the worst company I…

Goodbye Bread are the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My order took over A MONTH to arrive when their website stated it would take 6-12 days. They ignored my messages asking where it was and eventually asking for a refund because I figured it was never going to turn up. When they did reply they basically said there was nothing they were going to do about it.

My order finally arrived and the trousers were two sizes too small, so I tried to return them. I created a return request and had to repeatedly ask them for weeks to approve it. They again kept ignoring me. When they eventually approved it, there was no return address, so I had to repeatedly ask them for this too.

My return arrived to them in 6 days and it took over a week for them to refund my store credit, after again asking repeatedly.

I ordered another pair, pleased that in a months time this saga would finally be over and they CANCELLED MY ORDER. I used a discount code that I found online (I used one with my initial order too) and the website let me use it. Apparently this code is not allowed to be used because I have used a DIFFERENT discount code before. They told me it would be UNFAIR for them to proceed with my order. When they used the word unfair I completely lost it. How can they say that it is unfair to proceed with my order after everything they have put me through and after I have waited TWO MONTHS to get to this point and I still have no trousers and they still have my money.

Clearly they are just money grabbers who want a bit of extra cash and do not care about their customers one bit, so wouldn’t allow me to use the discount code. After the hell they’ve put me through most other companies would of sent me free trousers by now!!!

They are now ignoring me again but they still have my money.

AVOID like the plague.

Long shipping and expensive custom fees

Long shipping, expensive customs. I bought the "Coma Straight Tee" when it was 20% off sitewide, plus standard shipping and it came to 34 pounds 48p. Customs was 13 pounds 6p. Altogether this ONE tshirt came to £47.54, which is crazy expensive especially as it was a tiny parcel. Website gives an inaccurate delivery time as it says the order should arrive within a week to a week and a half. My order took almost 3 weeks to arrive, and the tracking link didn't even say that my delivery was in the UK which is inconvenient as I had no idea when to expect the delivery. I wouldn't buy from this website again. Keep in mind a lot of people are sponsored by Goodbye Bread so stay sceptical when Instagram models hype up the brand - listen to the customers who actually pay for clothes.

bad customer service and lying about sizes on their models.

I ordered first the No Angel skirt. I ordered a small based on their models size and based on the sizing. I also got to use a 15% off so I was excited. I get the skirt and it does not fit, like at all, the size was so wrong. There is no way the model with orange hair is that tall wearing such a short skirt. they lied about what size she was wearing or something. So i exchange the skirt (which i paid to ship back AND THEN i was charged for the 15% off that i had used when purchasing the correct size. The customer service email was VERY snobby about it too) I get a medium and the skirt still fits weird. The letter does not fall on my butt like it does for the model, I have both skirts and I wear the size
medium but it does not fit like how they present the model in their pictures for the website. I am much shorter than both models so the skirts should appear longer on me, but instead they look extremely short on me, even with a medium and I am a bit petite. I have not purchased anything since and sort of want to but I don’t think it’s worth it. They’re a bad business with bad customer service.

Worst customer service ever! Beware!!

Shipment took over 2 weeks since merchandise was stuck in customs due to lack of proper paperwork supplied. Late and expensive import duty!
Tracking link didn't work either. 20 fruitless emails exchanged and they didn't bother to assist at all

Like Dolls Kill, but WORSE

If you promised "free shipping worldwide", stick to it. Nobody is interested in your overpriced copycat bul$hit. At least Dolls Kill is keeping their promises and offering great deals on the same clothes you are selling. Maybe that's why you are never gonna be successful like Dolls Kill. Girl bye.

Goodbye bread don’t bother

After paying shipping and the cost of the item to then find out I need to pay more on shipping from my own country they should really just be one shipping fee. I end up paying over £100 prepared trousers that cost £70 would not recommend this website to anyone again after the customer service team couldn’t care to help.
