Spoke to A pleasant and professional informative gentleman by the name of christopher. He was Accompanied by another pleasant member of staff.
This was my second visit to the store.The first home was just browsing around, but on the second visit.Having spoken to Christopher and Having been shown several range Off products. I was able to make a very good purchase and open up an account. Whereby I plan to use your store to purchase goods for future trips planned.
I only plan to visit the Altrincham store as I had incredible service.

Nipped in to my local shop
I nipped in to my local shop to pick up a couple of fleece jumpers as I'd outgrown many I own. Also picked up some lightweight walking socks to replace pairs that has seen better days. Well the socks were over 10 years old! The staff were very friendly.

13/06/24 purchased shorts
On the 13/06/24 I purchased a pair of shorts from the Altrincham store, which was busy with customers plus a stock delivery.
Unsure if I wanted a size 10 or 12, Alex, (who normally works at the Macclesfield branch) advised a size 12 had just arrived but needed to be unpacked.
As the Alty store was busy, I suggested I come back in a couple of hours to give him and his colleague more time to serve the existing customers and deal with the delivery.
When I returned, Alex had located the size 12, advised he would put the size 10 aside (in case the 12 were too big) and to ensure I let the Alty branch know which size I wanted to keep.
Alex was courteous, attentive, and served his customers with a smile. Above all, he went the extra mile for me, the customer. Brilliant experience.
