Would recommend staff & shop
We were welcomed as we entered, left to browse and then approached after browsing. Staff we helpful & friendly. We were helped to make a decision by Roger and bought in the store for home delivery. Rab gilet arrived as promised, with no issues. Would happily recommend shop for personnel & price. Thank you.

Tom was very helpful and took his time to make sure my daughter got the right walking boots and the then made sure she got the right fit and even showed her how to tie the laces whilst breaking them in, impressed by Toms care the shop got busy and he did a great job of keeping the other customers satisfied as well, I was impressed by his professionalism and care in what he did. Perfect fit
I was looking for a pair of walking trousers so visited your store in Bakewell. I found exactly what I wanted which surprised me as I am very short but found a pair that were the perfect length. The gentleman who served me asked me about membership which I was unaware of. The membership cost £5 but saved me £15 on the trousers. Very impressed.

A well stocked store with very helpful staff
A well stocked store. Roger, who served me, couldn’t have been more helpful. He took time to get me completely comfortable with the walking poles I had bought and I left feeling that next time I need items the shop sells, I would definitely go back there.
