Nabeil was very helpful and brought a larger size than I requested as they didn't have size in stock, he said as different model of shoe to my shoes they may fit and they actually did.

i frequent this branch for most of my parcels and i have had nothing but great experiences. the staff are very welcoming, helpful and supportive. there is a great atmosphere at all times and it is always a pleasant experience to come into the shop. on this particular occasion, i was served by Nabeil. he was very polite, helpful and quick to get me my package. he was there for any queries i had and overall had a very welcoming presence.
