Staff rude and disrespectful
Staff rude and disrespectful . First of all no one present in cycling shopping area to assist. Floor staff asked to assist young lady who spent time talking in walkie talkie, not to customer. Same person when asked to find price of item as no label on shirt ( hardly the customers fault) was snappy when talking then snatched item and walked away , whole attitude was awful. We tried to resolve at store level but they wanted to review CCTV customers view counts for nothing , staff member unable to apologise as in managers office upset!
Only positive was the young man who served on the checkout treated customers with respect and kindness
Have shopped in that store for years and always found staff lovely prior to today .

Paul at Go Outdoors Berwick was incredibly helpful when helping me and my two daughters choose new walking boots. He was patient, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we each had the right boots and a good fit. The store also has a great selection of walking shoes and boots, with plenty of choice. Brilliant
Brilliant. Went in to get a a tent and air mattress for a last minute camping trip, Cheryl was amazing at giving us recommendations and advice. Would definitely recommend popping in!

Popped into the Berwick store last…
Popped into the Berwick store last month whilst on holiday in Northumberland we met the lovely Cheryl at the checkout who was such a delight to chat to and gave great customer care she also gave us some treats for our dogs when she discovered we had left them outside in the camper van 🐕🐕

Well done Cheryl.
The sales assistant was Cheryl and she was everything you would expect from a good sales assistant.
She was polite, friendly and very patient, when I asked to renew my Go Outdoors membership, which she did very quickly. A very pleasant shopping experience!
