Helpful and friendly

Excellent service, as always
The person on the checkout desk (Cheryl) was extremely pleasant and helpful, which added to the whole shopping experience. In terms of the store itself, it is well stocked with a broad range of products at good prices. Definitely our first port of call when seeking outdoor gear.

I visited the Berwick Store on 6/7 and…
I visited the Berwick Store on 6/7 and was welcomed by staff as I entered.
I was served by a member of staff called Cheryl who was very friendly. While paying she asked if I had any other promotion codes that could reduce my total bill, which also included my Blue Light Card.(which I completely forgot about.) This gave me a further reduction which I was obviously happy with!
Thank you Cheryl from a very happy and forgetful customer!!😁

Male 13 PIN trailer/caravan connector
Caravan brake lights failed as we were in the local area.
We discovered it was an issue with the male 13 pin connector. Go Outdoors had the item on the shelf and saved the day!!

Great customer service
Been to this GoOutdoors plenty over the years and always had great service and products.
During a recent visit we were served by Cheryl out was incredibly helpful and gave us some tips on a trip to Scotland and the Orkney islands.
