Good stock and great customer service
We visited the store today, whilst camping just along the road. The store was well organised, clean and tidy and we got exactly what we came for.
Mark served us at the till and he offered excellent customer service, renewing my membership when I realised it had expired. All the information he offered was clear and he was very friendly. A great experience 😊

Free youth group kit talk
Go Outdoors did an excellent free kit talk for 4th Berwick Guides (including a demonstration of hydrostatic head that used real water and a real Guide!). We got a great deal on our new tents and are looking forward to going camping later in the year. Thanks to James, Andy and Cheryl for helping to make the evening happen and making us so welcome.

A very positive experience- Cheryl *
Visited store today to pick up a couple of 16amp power hook up cables. One of the staff pointed me in the right direction and was very helpful. But the star of the show was at the checkout - a lady called Cheryl served me, she was already having a positive interaction when I arrived at the checkout so I knew her service was going to be great. Very polite, friendly and efficient - a really positive interaction from beginning to end.
