The search for new walking boots - Go Outdoors recommended.
I was desperately searching for a new pair of waterproof walking boots. I was unsure what make or type that I wanted.
My feet are quite broad and so it's difficult to get a comfortable fit. I was advised by Mimi, who was incredibly patient as I tried on several pairs. She was knowledgeable about the different products and understood my needs. Unfortunately, when we found the right pair, there were none in my size. Mimi advised me which stores these were available in and so, I will be buying these from Go outdoors. Excellent, friendly service - highly recommend!!!

I was served by Chris. He was a lovely man who help my wife in a wheelchair concerning a waterproof blanket for her legs. He said they were upstairs, but he went and got the products for us. We recently visited the store to buy some walking boots for me. We were served by Adam who was extremely helpful. I tried on several pairs and Adam made me feel very comfortable in taking my time to decide which boots felt right, he didn't rush me to make a decision at all. Abbie was more than helpful!
I don't normally leave reviews but I can only say that our customer service representative called Abbie was more than accommodating.
Instantly made us feel welcome in a busy shop.
Directed us to the item we wanted and gave us comprehensive information on it.
Advised honestly on the correct sizing and offered us the correct washing equipment.
Thanks to Abbie and we will definitely be shopping there again.
