Always a great experience. The staff are lovely and always happy to help. We were served by Norman who was very helpful picking some walking shoes. He also gave us a lovely walk recommendation.

Fantastic customer service by Aaron at the Blackburn store today. Assisted me in helping my dad who is in the later stages of dementia find a great pair of walking shoes.
