Excellent staff
This small local shop in blackpool with the same two male and female staff every Saturday is brilliant. Friendly, very helpful staff go the extra mile to give you an informed pleasant shopping experience. Popping upstairs to bring me what I needed. Bravo. Keep up the fabulous customer service. Hiking equipment purchase
I purchased a pair of hiking boots on Saturday and I returned to the store today to purchase socks a backpack and waterproof treatment for my boots.
Both members of staff provided excellent advice and were extremely helpful and knowledgable.

Helpful and friendly store staff
Having had problems with Customer Services regarding an order, I contacted the Blackpool store by phone. Courtney was most helpful and apologetic and tried to resolve my issue.
Upon collection of my item in store, Ellie was equally helpful and as the storage bag was slightly damaged, offered a good discount.
However, Customer Services rather inefficient.
