Great staff
Bought 4 chairs and renewed our discount card today. We were served by Brandon who was very helpful, polite and friendly. Other members of staff friendly too. It’s a pleasure to shop in the Blackpool store.

Great place to get all your outdoor…stuff and things
Great place to get all your outdoor essentials at great prices. Courtney, Sam and Adam were great downstairs and by far the friendliest set of staff in Blackpool. The guy upstairs is a classic member of staff who has helped me over the years was also great(no idea of his name sorry).
Great to see one shop understands that personality counts.

I visited Ur store in Blackpool town…
I visited Ur store in Blackpool town center was looking for a camping air bed single on Ur shelfs up stairs sat ten pound for single airbed came down stairs to tills only to find out that they telling me a single airbed is retail price £28 but if u have a discount card that will help with a discount. I sorry a discount card still wouldn't get the airbed for tenner like say on shelf. No way am i paying tht much for a single airbed i would rather sleep on cold floor than pay tht price it's fine got one for 12pounds out of a better store Ur store is a rip off and won't b using it again poor service poor standard

Staff friendly and professional and always willing to give advice and answer questions.
I wanted a light waterproof jacket and had a couple in mind when your staff member pointed out some features I was unaware of and I came away with a great jacket at a very competitive price thanks to the membership scheme and an additional discount for April.

Time to help
Needed a pair of boots that were both lightweight and non-slip. Fortunately, I had the luck to be helped by Sam. Nothing was too much trouble for this assistant. He was happy to make several trips to the storeroom and offered me lots to choose from. Apart from his customer-centric attitude, I was impressed by his product knowledge.
