Unprofessional staff
I came into this store to be greeted by two staff members flirting very unprofessional, leaning over the counters to each other and when you come into a store you expect to be greeted instead too focused on each other. This was a gentleman just brushed off my question and the woman behind the desk was laughing at him. I wouldn’t expect you to allow relationships to be alone within the company.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Go Outdoors. Was served by Shane who was very patient with me as I was buying for my adult son who is autistic and won’t go in any clothes shop, I told him what I needed and he helped me with it, he went above and beyond for sure. What a fantastic place
What a fantastic place, the staff there go away above the call of duty there is a lot of discounts to have in woman's coats. Men coats not forgetting the woman and men's shoes and it also dose children coats and accessories and what about camping gear every thing you want is here, but remember to get the discount you need to be a member the coast is £5 pounds and if wish to it can be renewed each year once you do have this then you can shop. So what are you waiting for.....

Useful well stocked shop
Such a lovely pleasant lot of staff. Always helpful with a ready smile. They keep the store tidy and are always busy. Just a shame the shop itself is so cramped. Love going here.

A quick visit to town
I only had a brief window of opportunity to buy what I needed today, but Brandon was on hand to help me out. I needed a large rucksack (for work) and a lightweight waterproof jacket for a holiday. I am a GO Outdoors member, and got a great deal on both. Brandon fully explained the returns policy, and was helpful without being 'in my face'.
