Great advice from tha assistant when buying a inflatable camping bed ,

I was served by Brandon and he was just amazing. Not too pushy in the beginning and just keen to know what I wanted. He quickly identified my requirements and then offered me a choice of coat options - however we soon realised that we were both Berghaus fans so he enthusiastically showed me a coat that was just perfect. He was a great advocate for your membership offering so i was happy in getting a discount. All the way through he was chatty and pleasant and made me feel that my sale was important to him - quite rare these days! Well done Brandon, he was a real superstar!!

Fantastic experience! All the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Big shout out to Tom who went above and beyond to help us and provided discounts that we were unaware we were entitled too. If you want affordable top quality outdoor wear with professional advice then this is definitely the place to go.

I don’t stay in Blackpool, visited for work, but anytime I’m here I pop in to spend some money. Brandon served me today and got to say he went the extra mile. I can be quite picky with clothing and footwear but he dug up the storage to find me boots and also gave me some good advice on multi tools. Overall 5* as always.

I visited on Boxing Day. The shop was quiet, and the assistants welcomed me but then let me browse in peace - which is a rare pleasure these days.
When I needed assistance, they were there to help. Tom, readily answered any questions and then offered to place an order, for me to collect the following week, from the shop.

The staff were not pushy in wanting to force a sale and let me brouse around and when asked gave a very informed answer and explained what purchase would suit me best and within my budget not trying to get me to buy the most expensive product
