Staff are always helpful polite and informative. Andy in the fishing department was especially helpful, full of advise in all aspects and customer care. He and all the staff are a credit to the company. I enjoyed my visit and came away Happy.

I had a faulty air bed to return and was buying a tent. She kindly made me aware of an offer of getting an airbed for £2 with the tent! Saving me &10 pounds!

Wonderful
Wonderful, friendly staff, well informed and responsive to our inexperience. Kat and Karin were especially helpful and even the smiling lad on the way out made us feel that the it was well worth the trip. (Shame the toilets were out of order, but hey, first world problems!) Dunelm over the road made us coffee. 🤣

Membership issues fixed.
I had issues with my membership card and applying additional discount that I had received, for a high value item, after speaking with store staff, he understood the issue and said at the till, all can be fixed. Luckily I had someone who knew her stuff (Mia) at the till and with a few clicks fixed my membership account issues . This enabled me to make my purchase with the additional discount that I had, I was very pleased with the service I received on what was a busy day at the till.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service! Bought a cooler with an unknown defect that needed to be fixed but didn’t effect use, took it back and was offered a refund or if I wanted to keep it but for £10! Massive savings so took the cooler for cheaper! Big thanks to Lucy for the help!

Extremely helpful
Lucy and Heidi were extremely helpful on our visit today. Nothing was too much trouble. They made contact with the Cribbs Causeway store to cancel a click and collect order for us, as we’d been unable to get through on the phone. We walked away with a better tent than initially ordered plus the air shelter that had been cancelled from the original order from the other store, because it was unavailable. Kate was super helpful!
Kate was brilliant helping me choose some walking trainers, with (non-pushy) suggestions, shoes to try on and helpful advice. I ended up with the perfect ones, and appreciate the time she took as I tried on almost every pair in the shop.
