Excellent service by Mariam at Go Outdoors
We received excellent service by Mariam, who patiently got me several pairs of shoes to try on, explained my options in terms of colourway and sizing, and was quick, caring and professional while also giving me the time and space I needed to decide which shoes I wanted. She is a credit to the store, I am a very happy customer (also I had just had a very negative customer service experience in another shop, so being treated with care and respect was all the more valuable).

Poor customer service
After failing to remove a radio frequency anti-theft tag from my in-store purchase, Go-Outdoors expected me to drive 30 mile round trip (1 hr of my time) back to my nearest store in order to rectify their mistake. They refused to rectify the mistake remotely or to compensate me for the inconvenience of having to return to their store. Such poor customer service is very disappointing. I expected more from Go-Outdoors.

I went to this store to purchase cadac cookware set. 2 off stock was showing on the website. I couldn't find them on the shop. So I asked the till staff all three are its probably out of stock. So I asked Lucy who was on the shop floor , she went out of her way to check in the warehouse and find the set I was after. Fair play for effort where others couldn't be bothered
