Easy 5 star review for Go Outdoors Bristol. I was served by Sarah and Karin who were superb. They were both incredibly polite, proactive and professional. Thank you both for your help and assistance. I'll definitely be using Go Outdoors Bristol more regularly because of the fantastic people who work there!

Kate was lovely and really helpful, also suggested a few places to take my boys on there mountain bikes. Will definitely be returning. 5* service 👍🏼

Came in on Sat, and Heidi was amazing at fitting my daughter with a riding hat and back protector. She was knowledgeable, very patient, and gave us excellent advice and was careful with ensuing the sizing was correct. Thank you very much for a such a great service!

all staff at gooutdoors brislington were friendly, but mariam went above and beyond. she shared her expert brand and fit knowledge in the hiking shoe section and didn’t hesitate to give her personal opinion based on her own experience, which was most welcome.

my son took over an hour (well over!) to make a tough choice between several brands, models and size options, but she remained patient and helpful to the end - and a sale!

she also gave advice regarding other departments, where we also shopped.

the only let down of our experience was that there is no in-store aircon, otherwise we would have stayed longer and carried on shopping. the ceiling fans were just recirculating hot air so it was actually cooler outside.

Louis was really well informed about the product we were interested in. He was friendly, efficient,helpful and reassuring thank you.

We visited GO Outdoors to buy everything we needed for our first camping trip, and honestly had no idea where to start. Karin and Heidi were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They took the time to explain what we actually needed, shared their knowledge and recommendations without making us feel clueless, and made the whole experience enjoyable.

They were also incredibly helpful at the till, helped pack all of our purchases, and even assisted us in getting everything out to the car. It’s rare to receive customer service like this these days, and they really went above and beyond. A huge thank you to Karin and Heidi for making what could have been an overwhelming shopping trip so easy. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service at Go outdoors Bristol, Tramways road today. Popped in for a last minute pair of hiking boots for The Lakes. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Mariam was very knowledgeable when it came to purchasing the right size for the most comfortable fit. Really helpful staff also at checkout. I was able to use my membership card and was also able to pay in 3 with Klarna. Will be shopping here again for sure.

Staff need more training in customer service. The gentleman at the till, was arrogant, not interested and rude. Not sure if I recall his name correctly , Jay but he is not good at all! I don’t think he wants to be there! Never visiting that place ever again!!!

Helpful team, pointed me in right directions for goods and Sarah and John were a great help with my membership card. Thank you.

I travelled to Bristol shop with my son looking for a kids bike today, but none size suitable bike was displayed. Aran was super helpful by going straight to the storeroom to bring 2 new bikes with different colours for my son to choose. What’s more, he did not want us to wait and decided to build the bike for us straight away. I could then pick up the new bike in 15 minutes in which I found it very grateful. He even brought the bike to the car park to demonstrate and teach me how to take out the front wheel of the bike and put it into my car nicely. It is truly beyond my expectations. Thank you for your help, Aran and I do believe that Aran’s quality can surely enhance the image of GO Outdoors. I highly recommend people to go to Go Outdoors Bristol to find Aran when you would like to purchase new bikes.

Ordered a new head torch, received no communication about the order. Visited the shop in person after 8 days to chase the order and it’s fair to say staff were disinterested and couldn’t provide any update. Eventually advised by email I’d been given a refund, no confirmation that the item wasn’t actually available. Then received an email asking me to rate my purchasing experience!

After completing my click and collect the store assistant Louis, asked if I required further advice, which fortunately I did. I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience across all my kit requirements  from boots, sleeping mats and especially tents. Makes you want to Go Outdoors!
