Good service
Good service, got everything I came for. Only issue I would say is the state of your car park at Bury, lots of broken glass and litter around the bushes. Not a great look for an outdoor store - needs a spring clean.

Excellent customer service
All the staff were so helpful last night. In fact every time we go nothing is too much for the staff. But also particular shout out to Lee who went above and beyond and gave excellent customer service.

Was dealt with by Ben who water tested them ,confirmed problem
Exchange for new pair.

Lee the cashier was excellent and very helpful as I paid my membership weeks before but the system wasn’t showing that I had renewed my card but I had the email showing it and he approved my discount. I have still not received my membership card as of yet as well.

Bought a pair of walking boots from this store. I was attended to by David. The service I received was first class. Undecided as to which of three pairs I should purchase he give me all the information I needed about each pair and their suitability for my needs.
