You had a good range
You had a good range, with exactly what I wanted. Staff were at hand, but left me to browse at my leisure. Great value with the Gooutdoors card - although my husband got a further discount for being a National Trust member and that was not mentioned to me!

Hiking boots
Came in with my teenage son to buy boots for an expedition. Ed was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of options at a variety of prices. Great shop, good range of prices so something for everyone. Fantastic customer service, especially from Ed.

After having to wait a bit for someone to come to the counter the gentleman was apologetic and courteous. I go to this shop in Bontnewydd Gwynedd regularly and love the quality of the clothes. No problems when washing them either.
